Flint Cottage is a 18th century, mid-terrace cottage situated in the town of Swaffham. This cottage sleeps up to three people and has a double bedroom, a children's Z bed, a bathroom, a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area and electric fire. Outside, there's off road parking for two cars, a shared lawned garden and a private gravelled area with furniture and barbecue. Flint Cottage is an ideal romantic base with plenty to keep you and your loved one entertained during your holiday in Norfolk.
Amenities: Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Childs Z bed, travel cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 1 car, plus additional covered parking for 1 small car. Shared lawned garden with private gravelled area with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 5 mins walk. Note: This property has steep stairs. Note: Please bring own dog bedding and dogs to be kept downstairs, off furniture
