This spacious, single-storey cottage near Gainford sleeps up to twelve people in six bedrooms.
Barforth Hall Lodge is a single-storey pet-friendly cottage in a group of former farm buildings near Gainford. The cottage has two king-size rooms, two doubles and two twin rooms, one with a standard single bed and 2ft bed suitable for children up to 10 years old, along with a selection of bathrooms and shower rooms. The kitchen has a small dining area for six and the dining room seats four at the table, although the two tables can be moved together to seat 10-12 people. In the dining room, there is also a woodburner, as well as in the sitting room where they is space for everyone to relax together. Outside is ample off road parking, spacious grounds, a wood-fired hot tub and free stabling available at the stables next door. Barforth Hall Lodge is well placed for enjoying walking and cycling, or for touring this lovely area.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 4 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Fuel for hot tub and woodburning stoves. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 5 cars. Bike storage. Spacious garden with wood-fired hot tub, furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Note: Fishing available on land. Note: There are riding stables next to the cottage and stabling can be arranged at additional cost through the owner. Note: Access to the property is via a one-mile narrow track, which is a bit rough in places, but isn't pot holed or rutted.
