Broadleaf Lodge in Skellingthorpe, Lincolnshire, sleeps eight in three bedrooms.

Broadleaf House is a fantastic vacation rental in Skellingthorpe, close to Lincoln, that the owners have tastefully furnished. The light and airy house has three adaptable bedrooms: two rooms with super king-size beds that can also unzip into twin beds, and one with a king-size bed, an en suite shower room, and a day bed that can be made into two singles. Additionally, there's a kitchen with a dining area, a sitting room with a wood-burning stove, a bathroom with a corner bath and a separate shower cubicle, and a cozy five-seater TV space. Starting from the spacious first-floor landing, doors open onto a seating balcony where you may have a glass of your favorite beverage while taking in the scenery. Four vehicles can park off-road, including one spot below a carport and one underneath a horse box. By arrangement with the owner, the paddock can be furnished with water and an electric fence. With so much to do in the area and lovely accommodations to return to, Broadleaf House is undoubtedly an excellent vacation spot for everyone! Note: This property can only accept a minimum of 3 night stays. . Note: Property has a Friday check in day, please enquire if looking to check in any other days. There is now a large pond at the back of the property

Highchair and travel cot available. Off-road parking for 4 cars. Enclosed rear lawned garden with furniture, side garden with large teak furniture and Weber BBQ, and outdoor activity games including football, badminton and swing ball. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.25 miles. Note: Owner lives next door with their dog should you have any queries throughout your stay, but totally respects your privacy and is discreet at all times. Note: The property accepts 6 adults and two children up to 12 years. Note: There will be a charge of £50 per dog per week. Note: Owner may be open to accepting 3 dogs but please inquire with office first regarding dog breeds. Note: This property has a good housekeeping bond of £200. The village has ancient woodland to explore on foot, bicycle or horseback, with a variety of ancient oak, lime and conifers.
