The Byre is a beautiful, red brick barn conversion, adjoining the owner's home on their smallholding, and is set in East Cowton, near Northallerton, sleeping two people. This ground floor cottage has a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric fire and a utility room. Outside there is ample off road parking, bike storage, a private, small gravelled patio with furniture and access to 20 acres of fields. The Byre is a wonderful holiday base.

Electric oven, ceramic hob, convection microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV with Sky Family and Sports, DVD, radio, WiFi, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Bike storage. Private, small gravelled patio with furniture. Access to 20 acres of fields. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 mins walk.
