Blackburn Cottage Barn is an outstanding, stone-built, semi-detached cottage set 900 feet up in the Hamsterley area, close to Wolsingham, sleeping six people. There is a double bedroom, a room with two bunk beds, a ground floor bathroom, a first floor basin, WC and washing machine, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Outside, there is off road parking for three cars and an enclosed patio with furniture. Blackburn Cottage Barn is a great holiday base. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.

Amenities: Electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, radio, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed patio with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2.8 miles. Note: The access road to this property is steep, a 4 x 4 is recommended for visitors in the winter, when the road can become icy.
