The Annex, Eden House is a first floor open plan annexe just four miles from Penrith. The annexe sleeps two people and has an open plan studio accommodation with one king-size bed, fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area, along with a separate ground floor shower room. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a private patio with outdoor furniture. Situated in the Eden Valley, The Annex is a lovely studio retreat ideal for touring this beautiful part of the country. Note: This property has a £50 Good House Keeping Bond

Weekend Getaway
A spacious property with all the amenities to make a restful stay enjoyable. It is out of town so peaceful, but close enough to be able to enjoy what Penrith has to offer. The host provides clear instructions. You can cook easily or walk to the local hotel/bar for a good meal. Good size shower, comfy bed, easy parking, well maintained.
