A superb spacious farmhouse located in the heart of grazing farmland, two miles from the pretty hamlet of Henllan, near Denbigh, and can sleep 10 people in five bedrooms. Please see further notes for booking check in criteria.
Please note: The property can only accept check ins on a Monday or Friday. Please Note: The property can only accept week long bookings during the summer or school holidays including Easter and half term weeks. Located in the heart of grazing farmland, two miles from the pretty hamlet of Henllan, near Denbigh, and can sleep 10 people. Over three floors, there is a king-size double bedroom with a basin, a double bedroom, two second floor double bedrooms (one with a TV bed), a twin bedroom, bathroom, shower room, kitchen with dining area, utility room, sitting room with a woodburner, parlour room, media/play room and an external games room. Off road parking for 10 cars, covered area for bike storage and a side patio and rear lawn with furniture and a BBQ. Note: Fenced off shallow brook near garden, children to be supervised. Note: Stairs contain corner winders and have limited handrails, not suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: There are two internal steps on the ground and first floors.
