This lovely cottage is located near the village of Lingen and can sleep five people in two bedrooms.
Lower Court Byre is a lovely cottage near the village of Lingen, just five miles from Presteigne. The cottage sleeps five people and has one king-size double bedroom, one twin room with an additional single bed on request, a bathroom and a ground floor shower room. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with breakfast area, a sitting room with dining area and woodburning stove and a conservatory. Outside is off road parking for four cars and an enclosed patio together with large lawned gardens. Situated in the Herefordshire Hills, Lower Court Byre is a lovely family holiday cottage all year round.
Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 4 cars. Lockable store for bikes. Private enclosed patio plus large lawned gardens and patio with furniture. Sorry, no dogs and no smoking. Shop 3.3 miles, pub 2.2 miles. Note: This cottage has a large unfenced pond, children should be supervised in this area
