It also contains a kitchen with a dining area for 45, a sitting room that seats 16, a disco/media room and a large games room with pool and table football. Outside is off road parking and an outdoor seating area. Set just a short walk from the beach, yet within a short drive of the Snowdonia National Park, Mountain View is a wonderful holiday home for large groups and family get-togethers.
Amenities: Gas central heating throughout. 2x Smart TVs, DVD, soundbar. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and WIFI included in rent. Three highchairs and two stairgates. Off road parking for 3 cars with car park 300 yards away. Patio area with picnic benches. Three well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pub 1 min walk. Beach 10 mins walk. Check-in 4pm. Note - Three external steps to front door and small step on lower ground floor. Note - Part of second floor has sloping ceilings and restricted head-height with partial hand rail on staircase and one bedroom has sloping ceiling with reduced head-height to one side. Note - Limited clothes storage in dormitories. Note - Three full sized adult trundles can be erected wherever required, bringing the total sleeps to 50.
