This upstairs vacation rental unit is 2nd row Garden City, with easy, quick access to the beach 91 feet to boardwalk over dune. WITH NEW REMODLED KITCHEN QUARTZ COUNTERS AND NEW REFRIGERATOR AND CABINETS. It is located about a mile south of the Garden City pier and has excellent views of both the ocean and the marsh of Murrell's Inlet. ABEACHINHOUSE Up has 2 bedrooms, both with queen-size beds and a pull-out sofa that will accommodate 2 additional people. 2 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, large spacious NO TOWELS or SHEETS PROVIDED. NEW FURNATURE IN DINNING ROOM,
FAMILY ROOM AND FRONT FAMILY ROOM. NEW SLEEPER, SOFA, TABLES, LAMPS, RUGS AND MORE.
