Blacksmith Cottage is a terraced, former Blacksmith's cottage in the town of Appleby-in-Westmorland. This cottage sleeps three people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double and one single, and there's a bathroom available. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with breakfast bar and a sitting room with dining area and gas fire. Outside there's off road parking for one car and a raised patio that leads to a mature garden area with furniture. Blacksmith Cottage is a lovely base for a couple or small family who wish to explore this wonderful area. Please note: Owner only accepts 7 night stays in June, July and August.
Amenities: Electric central heating with gas fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Raised patio leading to mature garden area with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 min walk. Note: Stone steps lead down from the patio to the rear entrance door and to the mature garden.
