Middlegate is a detached ground floor cottage on the owner's working farm, just three miles from Malton in North Yorkshire. The cottage sleeps six people and has two double bedrooms, a twin room and a family bathroom. It also has a fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside is off road parking and a lawned garden with outdoor furniture. Ideally situated for discovering the magnificent North York Moors, Middlegate is also just a short drive from the North Yorkshire coast and provides a delightful spot for a family holiday in this wonderful county.

Region: The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Town: The town of Malton has many interesting buildings including the old Corn Exchange and Assembly Rooms. A weekly market is still held in the town, as well as livestock and farmers' markets. The Yorkshire Moors are to the north, and the Yorkshire Wolds are to the south, making it excellent country for walkers and cyclists.
