At 5 minutes by car from the center of Saint Gilles, you will enjoy the Black Rocks beach, shops, traditional Creole dishes. Along the coast you will access the lagoon and its wonders.
The access to the road of the Tamarins to join the other cities is 15 minutes.
I am a 37.50m2 duplex apartment with a breathtaking view of the sea and the city of Saint Gilles.
Pass my blue door, you will discover my equipped kitchen, my living room with sofa bed, television and wifi.
Move forward a little, you will fall on my terrace of 12m2, equipped with my loveuse and my table for your meals giving on an incredible view and extraordinary sunsets.
Upstairs you will find my storage cupboard, my parental bedroom in 160 and my pretty bathroom with my Italian shower.
You will have a secure parking space.
