Stunning 2 Bedroom Duplex Penthouse with private Roof Terrace Sleeps 4-6
The penthouse, located on the 2nd floor of this purpose built complex with lift access to all 3 levels, is south-facing with balcony and also a large roof terrace & brand new built-in BBQ, with nice views of the golf course and pool. It has air-conditioning, wifi and central-heating.
The front door leads into the lounge/dining area, off which are the fully fitted kitchen and a corridor to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Patio doors from the lounge area lead on to an outside terrace with dining table and chairs, which overlooks the community swimming pool and landscaped gardens with a brand new split level staircase leading to the magnificent roof terrace.
One en-suite bedroom with a king-size bed and second bedroom with twin beds and separate shower room. In addition there is a sofa bed in the living room, giving space for up to 6 people in total.
The lounge area has a sofa bed and armchair. There is a flat-screen TV & DVD player with several English, German and Spanish channels available.
The kitchen has all the usual fixtures and appliances, including a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher, and there is a hatchway through to the inside dining area.
Upstairs is the magnificent roof terrace, accessed by a brand new split level staircase (this was to replace a metal spiral staircase). This covers more or less the same floor area as the inside of the apartment, so there is plenty of space! Up here you will find a brand new built-in BBQ, dining table for 6 under a pergola, sun loungers, lighting, power points and water. This is a wonderful place to enjoy the sunshine during the day and then watch the sun go down over the mountains whilst enjoying a glass or two of wine.

Paul & I have been married for almost 20 years and have 2 children Ciaran aged 15 & Charlotte 12. We live in South West London. I was born in Northern Ireland and Paul Australia.
Why they chose this property
Paul is a keen golfer and fell in love with the place when he came on holiday. The property is on a 5*resort with quality fixtures and fittings. The golf course is fantastic with great clubhouse bar, restaurant and sushi bar.
What makes this property unique
The gardens have a selection of swimming pools that you have access to – and are beautifully maintained. There are also several playgrounds for younger children dotted around the resort, plus you can access tennis courts and an astro turf football pitch close to the golf club. There is a gym situated near the clubhouse also with many payg classes on offer. The apartment also comes with secure underground car parking which is a must in the summer months for keeping your car cool.The beach club is located on La Manga strip and can be accessed by car or by taking the boat across the Mar Menor, and the public beaches are a few minutes drive away with free parking. There is a small shop on site, and supermarkets and restaurants within two or three minutes drive. There is also a great restaurant and sushi bar on site at the golf club, and two or three within walking distance.
