Un super séjour en famille

Les : de l'espace, du calme, logement bien aménagé, bonne literie, bien situé accès à tout commerce, joli jardinet sans vis à vis, notre séjour s'est très bien passé !Les - à signaler pour les futurs locataires : des équipements pas très bien entretenus ; une douche HS (joints non étanches et mauvaise évacuation) salle de bain inondée (signalé au propriétaire mais aucune réponse de sa part), four très très sale, filtre lave vaisselle pas nettoyé, des portes et tiroirs bringuebalants (chambres et salle de bain à l'étage)...Sinon pas de machine à laver ni sèche linge comme annoncé (signalé aussi au propriétaire mais pas réponse de sa part).

We enjoyed our stay

I don't recognise some of the negative reviews on here. The house was clean, the kitchen was immaculate. the showers where hot a powerful. The beds were comfy. No noise from the neighbours. Amazing location, 20 mins walk to the town centre. We had a great time. The only improvement suggestion would be a better lock to the house.

Top pour un grand groupe mais propreté à améliorer

Le logement a un grand nombre de chambre et deux beaux espaces "salons" pour passer d'agréables soirées. Pour un groupe c'est vraiment top (nous étions 8 dont 2 couples). La localisation est agréable : nous avons facilement trouvé des places pour nous garer à proximité et nous sommes ensuite rendus à pied dans le centre (15') même si le métro est juste à côté. Boulangeries, magasins, bars et restos se trouvent dans les rues à côté. Le propriétaire est très réactif en cas de question. Rentrer dans le logement en tant que tel est assez complexe mais les explications du propriétaires permettent de s'y retrouver assez vite. Ce qui est assez paradoxal c'est qu'il faut passer plusieurs portes pour accéder au logement, mais une fois arrivé, il n'est pas possible de fermer celui-ci ce qui n'est pas très rassurant. Les équipements du logement sont ok mais on voit que ça a été rénové / meublé pour de la location court terme. Beaucoup de finitions à faire ou faites rapidement. La propreté n'était pas vraiment au rendez-vous : toiles d'araignées, manique et sous-plats en tissus plein de taches de nourritures, robineteries pleines de calcaires. Le ménage a l'air d'être fait rapidement mais clairement pas dans les détails. Le plus gros point noir est humidité à l'étage -1 : odeur très désagréable et murs humides. Au final nous avons passé un bon moment mais l'aspect sécurité, propreté et humidité est assez rebutant

Séjour très sympathique

Le séjour s’est très bien passé. La demeure est idéalement située dans le centre de Lille. Le contact avec le propriétaire est très facile. Idéal pour découvrir / faire découvrir la ville de Lille à ses proches !

Très bel appartement bien placé

Appartement très bien. Nous étions 10, les chambres sont fonctionnelles, literie impeccable, cuisine avec tous les produits de base. Jolie terrasse et surtout aucun bruit… et pourtant en plein quartier de Wazemmes. Tout à portée de main et à le centre de Lille à côté 1/4 d’heure de marche. Merci à Igor pour son accueil. A refaire sans hésitation !
