Apartment with a lot of character renovated and decorated by a prestigious architect. You can enjoy its brightness and calm during your stay. It has been designed with high-end services to satisfy the least of your desires. Our apartment is located on the second floor no elevator.
This apartment, completely renovated and equipped, can accommodate up to 2 people with a bedroom equipped with a double bed (140x200). You will enjoy the apartment in full and will be free to use all the equipment: Unlimited Internet, télévision, equipped kitchen, coffee machine, and many others...
Access to the entire housing (not shared with the owner).
The cleaning fee includes cleaning upon arrival and after check-out but also linen, towels, toiletries, and coffee upon arrival.
Only one set of keys will be given for your stay.
You will be asked to show an original version of your ID in person upon arrival when you collect the keys.
I will welcome you at the apartment the day of your arrival. Do not hesitate to tell me more about your arrival time.
Arrival times are between 2 pm and 8 pm. Outside these hours and subject to availability, an extra charge will be required:
- 2 pm to 5 pm: 20 €
- 8 pm to 11 pm: 20 €
No check in after 11 pm will be done.
When you leave, thank you to return the accommodation as you found it on your arrival.
The cleaning fee will be charged a second time in case of failure to respect the time limit for departure.
