    メトロ1番線とRERの駅が近くにあるので、移動を前提とした旅程を組む方にとってはとても便利な立地です。お部屋は広くないですが、洗濯機や簡易キッチンが備わっており、スーパーもすぐそばにあるので、暮らすように滞在したい1人旅の方に特におすすめです。水回りも清潔でとても快適な日々を過ごすことができました。

    Quaint place, great location

    We stayed for 14 days. Enjoyed the quite neighborhood and the many different restaurants and stores nearby. Also, close to the metro, which we took everywhere.

    A very small space if you're from the U.S. but very very clean! It was perfect for my wife and I as we weren't in the room much (just to sleep). The washing machine was a very nice amenity as well as a little kitchen to prepare food for an early dinner or a picnic. Very close to 3 different metro stations/lines. Very quiet neighborhood but just a quick metro ride away from anything you want to do. There's also a very nice market just half a block away to snag just about anything you need! Fabrice did a great job communicating everything we needed to know in a timely manner!

    Easy access, great description to find the place. Bedsit with all we needed. Noisy other occupants in the house late into the night the only negative. We enjoyed our stay, thank you.

    Satisfait. L’appartement correspond à l’annonce. Il est bien situé (proche métro et sur ligne 1). Il y a tout ce qu’il fait en terme d’équipements, vaisselle et produits (savon, gel, café, huile et vinaigre). Le propriétaire est disponible et réactif. Point d’amélioration: changer le sommier car le matelas « plonge » au milieu

    Winzig, aber alles vorhanden.

    Wir haben eine Woche zu zweit hier verbracht und uns wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist ausreichend, wenn man keine Menüs kochen möchte. Um den ganzen Tag Paris zu erkunden, ist dies eine sehr gute Basis. Und Vincennes ist zauberhaft.
