I welcome you to my 75 square metre flat in the heart of the 16th arrondissement of Paris, located on the 5th floor with a lift. It is ideally located on the banks of the Seine, with a magnificent view of the Seine, the miniature Statue of Liberty and above all the Eiffel Tower, which you will see glittering every hour in the evening! You will be able to walk along the Seine in the neighbourhood and discover all of Paris!

The accommodation has a BALCON which will be very appreciated in summer! You will have everything you need for an excellent stay, including : Lift, Coffee machine (with filters), Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hair dryer, Washing machine and Dryer. You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll around the city and its surroundings!
The district offers immediate proximity to the banks of the Seine, a place much appreciated by Parisians in good weather.
You will be ideally located to visit Paris: the Eiffel Tower and the Champ de Mars are 15 minutes away by metro, the Trocadero Gardens are 10 minutes away, and the famous Alma and Alexandre III bridges are just a little further away.
A professional cleaning service is provided before and after each trip.

The 16th arrondissement of Paris is located on the right bank of the Seine, west of the city.
The district is mainly residential but nevertheless visited by tourists for its many museums and its remarkable places like the Trocadéro or the Bois de Boulogne. It has the largest number of embassies and consulates in Paris, as well as world-famous sports facilities such as the Parc des Princes and Roland Garros stadium. Counting the hundreds of hectares of the Bois de Boulogne, the 16th arrondissement is the greenest in the capital.
