Séjour parfait

Emplacement idéal et calme, très proche du centre historique. Logement très propre, agréable et décoré avec soin et avec goût. Beaucoup de commodités mises à disposition par le propriétaire pour faciliter le séjour (sucre, assaisonnements …). Nous recommandons vivement.

Difficult Stay / Séjour difficile

We booked this property during a heatwave, specifically because its ad said that it had air conditioning, but to our great disappointment there wasn't one (just a large fan), and it was very hot and stifling in the apartment. We had many back and forths with the owner over this, but unfortunately they didn't take responsibility; were not very apologetic; and even at times insulting. They lied on their ad, and took our money for something that wasn't as listed. It's a shame, because otherwise the property is good. But the unrelenting heat, plus the acrimonious confrontation, left a bad taste in our mouths. Nous avons réservé cet appartement pendant une canicule, notamment parce que son annonce indiquait qu'il y avait la climatisation, mais à notre grande déception, il n'y en avait pas (juste un grand ventilateur), et il faisait très chaud et étouffant dans l'appartement. Nous avons eu de nombreux allers-retours avec le propriétaire à ce sujet, mais malheureusement, ils n'ont pas pris leurs responsabilités; n'étaient pas très désolés; et même parfois insultant. Ils ont menti sur leur annonce et ont pris notre argent pour quelque chose qui n'était pas comme indiqué. C'est dommage, car sinon l'appartement est bien. Mais la chaleur implacable, plus la confrontation acrimonieuse, nous ont laissé un mauvais goût dans la bouche.

L'accueil chaleureux, l'appartement situé au cœur de la ville historique, avec sa déco cosy : C'est Top ! Si nous avons des proches désireux de venir découvrir la région, nous la recommanderons, c'est sûr. Nous avons passé un super séjour à Pézenas.
