Nice Flat With Terrace On The Croisette
Welcome to Cannes!
The flat is very well located, on the Boulevard de la Croisette, 5 minutes walk from the BEACH and 20 minutes from the Palais des Festivals. It has a 25m2 TERRACE overlooking the SEA which you can enjoy all year round. It has one bedroom and can accommodate up to 4 people.

For New Year's Eve, you can admire the fireworks since the terrasse, as if it was done just for you !
The flat is fully equipped and is ideal for a tourist stay. It will be very appreciated for its proximity to the local's favourite places. You can enjoy the terrace, which is equipped with a table and chairs for eating outside in spring and summer.
