Perfect location

We had a wonderful girls weekend at Mary’s place in Sag Harbor. It was a quick walk each morning and afternoon into town for food and shopping. The house was stocked with everything we needed and the beds were all super comfortable. The welcome basket was so sweet and we enjoyed all the treats. Highly recommend!

Home was perfect. All the added nice touches were much appreciated. Not far from town for shopping and dining. Quiet street where we saw deer and wild turkeys. Very cozy place, would definitely stay here again

We had an absolutely wonderful time. We loved the house, bedrooms, the pergola. Mary our host was unbelievable. She had a gift basket for us - stuff in the fridge and bouquets of beautiful flowers in every room for us.

Mary's home is simply the Best!! It is clean and charming and very well stocked with lots of goodies...even treats for my dog! My family was so thrilled with the big flat screen TVs in all the bedrooms and the living room. We loved being able to walk into the town of Sag Harbor and shop and no car was needed. But most of all Mary is a special person. She is kind and very accessible. I hope to return shortly! It was truly a delightful experience!!! Ina M.

Mary, Patron Saint of VRBO hosts

There is only ONE problem with this place: it will ruin you for other rentals. 😂 Mary provided this perfect little oasis with welcome items and hospitality so far above and beyond expectations that you feel like a kind aunt had loaned you her place. She was kind and attentive and made this a perfect place for a family to enjoy the area. Bravo, Mary! Book this place. We sure will when we return.

Beautiful and cozy home

Mary is an amazing host, from the start communication was great. The home is lovely and the bedding is lush and so comfortable. We walked into a huge welcome basket plus some fridge must haves. I would totally recommend staying at Mary’s she makes sure you feel right at home.

Best Hosts and Best Home in the Hamptons

Our second annual stay at Mary’s property was superb. Amazing house, amazing location, and amazing hosts. The house has everything you need, it’s clean, well maintained, and if a question comes up the hosts go out of their way to respond. Highly recommend!!

Sag Harbor - May 2024

My friends and I were in the Hamptons for a wedding this past weekend and couldn’t have selected a better spot. We had an unbelievable stay in this property and I can’t speak enough on how helpful Mary was during our stay. We were only minutes of a walk from downtown Sag Harbor where there were countless places to eat and shop. Can’t wait to come back and visit!

Best girls trip!

this rental house is a true gem, and so is Mary! It’s nestled right in the charming town of Sag Harbor. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with a sense of warmth and comfort. The interior is tastefully decorated. Outside, the backyard has a great covered area with comfy couch and a table .With its prime location near Sag Harbor's shops, restaurants, and beaches, this rental house provides the perfect backdrop for a memorable Hamptons getaway. Highly recommended!!!

Lovely family vacation home

My husband and I brought our toddler for a long weekend out east. The house was lovely for a family with young children. The host had a high chair, toys, and I believe even a pack n play and baby gate available. It was a very tidy, comfortable space with a lovely backyard as well.

Sag Harbor Birthday Weekend

Every year my wife and I take our oldest daughter, (31), her boyfriend and her dog away for a Birthday Weekend trip. We try a different location each year. This year our Sag Harbor trip did not disappoint. We had a great weekend at a great house. We were happy when we drove up to the house, and happier when we entered it. We were greeted by a generous snack basket and a fridge full of soda, milk, OJ and bottled water. I told Mary, the owner of this wonderful cute home, that it was our daughter’s birthday. She wrote a thoughtful card and left cupcakes, candles and little girl birthday plates. Mary gave us the start to create many new memories. Our weekend began on a high note. The house was super clean. There was coffee for a Keurig machine in the kitchen. The bedrooms were clean and nicely decorated. The bathrooms were also super clean and nicely stocked with toiletries. The tv and internet worked well. We especially enjoyed the outside sitting area. If it would have been warm, we would have used the outdoor shower. It’s a nice touch. Overall….. we recommend this house highly. If we return to Sag Harbor, we would only want to stay here again. And, did I already say the house was super clean?! Thank you Mary.

Beautiful property for a visit to the Hamptons

This is a beautiful, impeccably maintained and remarkably well provisioned property. On our arrival we were greeted with a vase of flowers and a welcome basket filled with snacks. The house was very comfortable, and had a lovely, private backyard sitting area. Mary was great to work with, and quick to answer questions. All in all, one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed in!

Beautiful house, great location

We had a wonderful long fall weekend! The house is great - very clean and very well equipped. We traveled with a preschooler and infant and Mary contacted me ahead of our trip to let us know she had a pack and play, high chair and baby gate at the house, which were so helpful. Mary also provided snacks and breakfast items which we appreciated. The house is in a great location - we were able to walk to the playground and to town. We also walked to an event at The Church and to the farmer's market and we were in easy driving distance to the beach and the corn maze at Fairview Farm at Mecox. Check in and check out were a breeze. We hope to make it back there sometime soon!

Inviting, beautiful, well-appointed home!

We loved our time at Mary’s place in Sag Harbor. Everything you need is provided, and we used the kitchen regularly. Fresh seafood available at Serene Green farm stand made for great meals. The house is so close to Sag Harbor and centrally located for everything on the East End. Highlights include sunset on Foster Memorial beach, the Longhouse Reserve, live music at Stephen Talkhouse, Shelter Island and evenings in the back yard, which is a delight. We’ve been to many VRBOs. This is one of the very best. Mary is a great host and is a invaluable resource.

Perfect stay

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful house. The location is perfect in a quiet street but only a short walk into town. The garden and gazebo were great to sit out in the evening. We were especially pleased by the basket and the fridge of provisions and the bathroom amenities provided by the owner. We thought Sag Harbor was the nicest of all the places we visited in the Hamptons. Highly recommended.

Seclusion and Sag Harbor

This renovated home was a peaceful, private setting within walking distance to the quaint town of Sag Harbor. We had a wonderful time even though the weather turned out to be a little colder than expected. There is a beautifully landscaped yard with a large covered area for sitting and relaxing. We are planning to come back when the weather is warmer. Mary made us feel welcome and we highly recommend.

I grew up in Sag Harbor and this is my childhood home. I am a wife and mom of 4 children (21 year old triplets -2 girls and 1 boy and a 12 year old girl). MY kids LOVE spending time at the local beaches and walking through town. Their favorite store is the Kite store. Keeping this house in our family is extremely important to me. I attended the local schools and became the Havens Beach life guard during my summers off. I babysat for many local and visiting families. I currently live in Manorville, NY with my wonderful husband and kids. I enjoy cooking, traveling and going to the beach/ocean. I have found a new love in running this vacation home. I enjoy putting a personal touch on each stay so please let me know what brings you to town. I will do my best to make your stay special and memorable.

Our family has lived in Sag Harbor for many generations. We have watched Sag Harbor transform into '"THE HAMPTONS." It has been a very interesting transformation from an old world, farm rich community to the Artistic and highly attractive Elite Coastal Town we see now.
