This gorgeous 2nd Floor condo, Unit 208, has the MASTER ON THE GULF with a KING SIZE BED. The SECOND BEDROOM has a KING BED, the separate custom BUNK ROOM has a Double on the bottom and a Single on top with it's own flat screen. The FAMILY ROOM is also GULF FRONT and has a QUEEN SIZE Sleeper Sofa. There are 2 FULL BATHS in this unit and a spacious laundry room with FULL SIZE WASHER and DRYER.

Fully stocked kitchen includes a full size coffee pot, a Keurig and a Nespresso.
Bonus: There is also an air fryer, crockpot and mixer.

The AC unit in this condo has a UV light and air purifier to clean and sanitize the air.

Top notch condo !!

This was our first time to stay at the Celadon and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience !!!! It was such a beautiful condo with every amenity imaginable! The location is perfect for being out of the heavy flow of traffic yet convenient to many eateries and things to do. We will definitely be back !!!

Condo was well furnished with everything needed. Even had beach towels, umbrella, chairs, boogie board etc. second floor is great as that is where you can park, walk thru tunnel to cross over and you do not have to catch the elevator to another floor. Beach was great. Quiet part of town.

Condo 208 was great. Best stocked condo we have ever stayed at. Having an Alexa and Echo in every room is cool, but the one in the kitchen follows your movements and seems a little like big brother watching you.

Wonderful.

This has been our first trip to Panama City Beach. This condo was wonderful and had everything to make for a wonderful week. I loved how the kitchen was fully stocked with an air fryer, crock pot, and anything that we would need. Our family also loved that there was beach chairs, beach toys and plenty of room for everyone. I would recommend this condo very much!

Great Condo!

The condo was perfect! My daughters and I had a great time exploring the area! It was nice to be on the quiet end of the beach!! We loved that when the beach was too chilly or windy (unfortunately happened alot that week!) we could sit on the balcony and still get the "feel" for the beach, sound of the waves and the sun. We will definitely return!

Celedon 208

Celedon 208 was beautifully decorated with high quality decor, new appliances and plenty of seating. It is also very well equipped with all the essentials and more. The only minor complaint about the room is the 2nd bedroom to bathroom door gauntlet. Being on the 2nd floor is an added bonus due to the fact that it is the same level as the parking garage...nice convenience when loading and unloading belongings. The only time you need the elevator is when going to the beach or pool...but I must say the beach service attendants made you feel like you were putting them out or bothering them if you had questions... (and I heard several people mention that). All in all, it was a beautiful condo and beautiful beach...we had a great family vacation!

Fabulous place to stay!

This condo is all we hoped for and more. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. The owners made themselves available if needed and were very professional. My family and I feel very blessed to have found such an amazing vacation home. The pools and hot tubs are very nice as well. The condo was very spacious and the beach view was perfect. Thank you for sharing your home. We are already planning our trip to return.

Beautiful condo!!!!!

Our family of six loved your condo, was well maintained and was everything we were promised it would be and more...we loved the location and what a beatiful ocean view to wake up to every morning. This was our first time to panama city and we loved it. Highly recommend if looking for a condo to rent this one decorated so cute ,its like you have your own little seaside cottage!!! Owners are very nice and easy to make reservations with, Thank you David and Lisa for sharing your home with us and making it a great vacation!!!!

My family which included grandparents to 2 granddaughters loved this condo. We were so please with everything! The deco was beautiful and very clean!! Just what we needed

I could never put into words how wonderful our stay at David and Linda's condo turned out. This year was the first anniversary of my fathers death and both our jobs have been very stressful. From the moment we walked in the door until the day we left it was pure heaven. Quiet, peaceful, beautiful view, immaculately clean and welcoming. We felt like it was our home. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Accomodations

This is a lovely condo located on the quiet, family oriented end of PCB. The owners are fantastic to do business with and communicate very thoroughly. There was plenty of room in the condo for our family of 4, and the place is immaculately kept. Using a keypad on the front door for entry instead of a key is fantastic - no having to trade off keys with family members or worrying about losing keys in the sand. All the appliances and housewares are high quality. We enjoyed the fabulous view of the ocean and beach from the balcony. The comfortable mattresses and black out draperies in the bedrooms make for great naps after a long day on the beach. It was convenient to have a reserved parking spot under the building when coming home from a late dinner at night. Not only would we stay here again, but we would highly recommend this condo to our friends and family!

Not the greatest

We were pretty disappointed in the condo, especially for the price we paid for the week. Very outdated and dingy. Very cramped feeling. Stains everywhere including the walls, bedding and furniture. Just didn’t feel clean and the condo needs a lot of TLC. The facilities also seem run down and poorly taken care of. Wouldn’t stay here again or recommend to a friend.

Best Owners!

We have rented from David and Lisa for 3 winters now. They are fantastic people! Their properties are also fantastic. This year I was able to see their newest project underway and was amazed at the transformation they are bringing to an older cottage. They don't skimp, they do it right. I highly recommend any of their properties. This second floor condo unit has been our home away from home for the past 2 winters and it was a hard decision for us to make to not return next year. We've truly enjoyed this unit, the property as a whole and the quiet end of the beach. Next year we're thinking about going further south and trying something new. That is the only reason we did not renew with the Samples. You will not be disappointed if you choose this unit or their other properties. If we ever decide to return to PCB I will be turning to David and Lisa first to see what they have available.

Beautiful Condo and Perfect location!

Upon arrival this rental exceeded our expectations. My mom and Dad joined us three for a total of five. Very spacious condo, we never felt cramped or in need of privacy. 1.Very clean 2. Stocked with everything you may need. They put the thought into the small details. Spices,pots and pans, beach accessories and toys, keurig and coffee maker, towels, laundry, and I'm sure I've missed listing something. 3. Reserved Parking is very convenient to elevator and beach. If you have a big SUV be prepared to struggle backing out of spot if spaces beside around you are full. Without a reverse camera I am not sure how we could have done it :) 4. I have a parent with disabilities and found this condo to be perfect for her needs. Walking to beach or car was easly assessable. 5. Beautiful views of the ocean. We saw DOLPHINS twice in the a.m. And we're surprised to get to swim and observe the manta rays in the later afternoon. We also did a dolphin tour with Blue Dolphin tours. Fair priced and great tour guide (Bryan). 6. Great location close to food,bars, and shopping but still a quiet peaceful stay. Captain Anderson's Seafood and Harpoon Harry's were amazing. Our 4year old loved pier park:) 7. I loved the welcome note with complete detailed instructions for our stay, as well as ,our departure. Lisa and David our wonderful to work with and we look forward to visiting again next year. If you want a beautiful, comfortable, accommodating and relaxing place to stay; this is your place :)!
