We had a really good time at this place. Only two things to note of concern in a place that now holds so many amazing memories for us. One, the oven is propane so it made the whole kitchen smell like propane very quickly. Two, we think there was a mouse that came into the apartment because it ate some of our food and make chew marks on the bag. Besides that, it was a really amazing place to stay and we had a blast and it’s so close to the shops which was amazing!
This was a perfect location. Just a couple of blocks from Route 66 and all the downtown restaurants. The apartment was exactly as advertised. Shower and jacuzzi tub were great. Simple controls for heating and cooling. Kitchen was well stocked and very clean. We couldn’t have been happier with everything. Will definitely bookmark for the future!
Great location in the heart of downtown Flagstaff. It was walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. We only had one issue when we left but never heard back from the property management company.

Could be great with some repairs and updates.
Great location and communication with management. Ceiling needs repair in 3 rooms, toilet tank cover held together with glue, broken light covers in kitchen, calcium buildup in tub jets, cob webs on drapes. Gate can only be unlocked from outside.
Cute place. Close to downtown. LOVED the jacuzzi tub and fireplace. Kitchen and bath were sufficiently appointed. Washer and dryer were helpful and worked well. Nice to have the grill but could not get it up to temperature. Not sure if that was a problem with the grill or operator error. Disappointed with the black mold in the shower and odor from the bathroom sink drain. Property managers were contacted and replied they would work on it. Enjoyed our stay, but the place needs a little refreshening and minor repairs.
Incredible location and exemplary customer service
We visited the flat for my girlfriend's birthday and it was fantastic. Incredible location and Christine from the property management company was super attentive and even helped me to coordinate a birthday balloon package to be inside when we arrived in the flat. Very comfortable bed and very spacious inside - will definitely stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay here - the pictures were an accurate representation of the decor but they did not relay just how spacious this apartment is and how comfortable it would be. The historic downtown location made it easy to just park in the assigned spot and walk to area restaurants and a little urban park. When we wanted to drive somewhere we had easy access to the major roads. Communication was great and they encouraged us to notify them if we had any problems. The only downside for me personally is that there was only one nightstand which is an inconvenience for the one on the side of the bed without one - people need a place to put glasses/phones/etc (but we still gave 5 stars because of all the positives).
Superb location, very spacious, nothing really to complain about except the TV--no instructions, poor reception, and very limited channel selection. Overalll, this is an excellent property to rent. Highly recommended.

Checked out a day early due to shower not working and lots of trouble with lock on gate.
Dates Sept 26 & 28. Upon arrival on the 26th, I had to contact the owner for the door code, and later for the WIFI code. The information was not emailed or texted to me. There is a door/gate to the apartment that is locked. Shortly after 3pm on the 26th, I called because I could not get the gate open. I was told that the gate had been a continuing problem. After several attempts, the gate unlocked. On the night of the 26th, coming back from dinner my husband and I again had problems with the gate. At one point we were unsure if we could get back in. On the morning of the 27th, I was unable to shower. The handle just spun around. We left the premises at 9:30 AM and went down the street and checked in at a hotel for our second night's stay in Flagstaff. I called the phone service at that time to inform them we had to leave the apartment and explained our reasons for doing so. The person expressed her regrets for our problems and said the owner would contact me. On the 27th, I received a text from the owner stating, “we’ll get it figured out shortly”. Since then, we have not been contacted by the owner. I am respectfully requesting a refund of the cost for the second night’s stay, based on the property’s problems that were beyond my control. Please promptly reply to my request
Finding the key and getting inside at first was a little confusing, but one phone call and it was taken care of . It has a jet tub not a hot tube that I never used so don't get it confused if your expecting one . The water gets plenty hot though if you did use it . Awesome private little back patio with bbq that is awesome for late night or coffee in the morning. Also French doors with two padded patio chairs of a small balcony that is great for that inside outside feel . If I pass through again I will definitely look it up . Perfect walking distance from old town restaurant and shops .
Flagstaff is a cute little town with great shopping and delicious food and coffee and this condo is in the center of it all! We were only a couple hours from Page, AZ and an hour from Sedona so it was a great location to stay with those day trips planned for my daughter and I. The condo was clean and spacious and had everything we needed, we would definitely stay here again!
Great location downtown, close to restaurants, easy walking. The property manager responds to questions quickly. Easy to check in and out. We enjoyed our stay here.
Great downtown apartment. Enjoyed the sights and sounds of the activity from the balcony, but slept comfortably in the bedroom on the back side away from the street noise. Apartment layout is a bit strange but it was very comfortable, lots of natural light and had everything I needed. I hope I can book again on my next trip to Flagstaff.
Pros: EXCELLENT communication with property mgrs. Accommodated a request, gave restaurant advice. Location great if you like to walk and browse. Kitchen stocked well. Bed comfy. Love the trees that surround kitchen and bedroom windows. Cool space. Cons: (nitpics) read the description. It can be noisy with train and traffic but it only bothered us 1st night. In cooler weather, you'd keep windows closed and this would be moot point. The decor is sparse and dated but boy, next remodel should play off the treehouse feel of this large classic space. (Free advice). Also, it would be nice to have a visitors book with some how-to info for things like garbage and thermostat and interesting things to do and see. Great town. Great stay.
This place was extremely clean. The flat was very spacious and comfortable. The bright kitchen was large and well equipped. My husband and I enjoyed the relaxing views and patios. We didn’t drive one time on our stay with everything in walking distance. What a treat!
This is a lovely property and exactly like the pictures depict. Fully stocked kitchen, great towels, linens and pillows and overall very comfortable!
