We appreciated having a table, couch, kitchen, and dedicated parking spot. Our host was communicative and helpful, and we were spitting distance from downtown. I would gladly stay here again.
As a single gal I’m always happy to find a place on the small side. This was perfect. Centrally located to downtown makes it ideal to explore the area.
Great location..walking distance to Washington st , fabulous farmers market...
For the host,id suggest providing brochures or other information about the area, for those of us not firmiliar. Would have been nice to have another place to hang things/clothes/towels in the bathroom (an over the door rack?)
We were up in Sonora for the Easter weekend and needed a place for two people and close to downtown. This property met that need. It was less than 5 minutes walk from the main street, easy to find, and plenty of parking.
The property was the perfect size for two people. We really liked that the kitchen was separate from the sleeping/living room area. Everything was updated - light fixtures, plumbing, appliances, bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed. The added plus was the Roku/Hulu. We just logged into our Roku account from the tv and watched our shows as if at home.
Mark was also great at communicating with us. Answered my questions and the whole checkin/out process was super easy.
Overall, will rebook again when next time in town.

The studio was excellent!!
great location, just 4 minutes walk to the downtown area. the studio layout felt bigger than a studio very roomy and comfortable. The bathroom had everything we needed (Towels and tissue). kitchen was ready to go and fully stocked with all the condiments we needed for cooking and BBQ.
If we're ever in the area again we would certainly want to rent that studio once more.
A perfect spot to come back to at night - a comfortable bed and coffee in the morning. Out two favorite things! Just an all around cozy retreat. Thanks Mark for your prompt response to my question.
The yellow door cottage is great. Comfy bed, nice kitchen space and overall a nice place to stay.
Nice place. The property upstairs was rather noisy this time. But did not keep me from sleeping. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here to visit my daughter who had a baby. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchens was great I was able to cook my meals and make my own coffee. Walking distance to downtown and farmers market. Lots of TV stations and a DVD machine. Owners provided water and cans of soup.. Will stay here again. Very easy to work with owner.
This accommodation is very attractive, clean, cozy, comfortable and private. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is ample heating throughout. It is located steps away from the Victorian main street in Sonora. The host, Mark, is on the property and very responsive and helpful. We recommend this place and would return ourselves whenever coming to the area. There is a gorgeous 3 hour drive from Sonora to Lake Tahoe.
Very attentive owners, love the decor and the comfortable bed. Full size refrigerator and adorable kitchenette. We would love to come back and stay again. Thank you!
Everything was great! Plenty of supplies for the kitchen and bathroom. Nice, quiet, convenient location. Many entertainment options. Very clean and well kept. All in all a really good place to stay.
Very clean and quite, everything you need is there. I lived there for a month walking distance to cool downtown area With local shops, Food and Drinks, grocery store also within walking distance. I would have stayed longer if my job hadn’t sent me elsewhere.
