Marc and Christine welcome you to a former priory: first occupied by the dean of Perreuil, it was sold and then converted into a farm during the French Revolution! The cottage, housed in the chapel, is located 2 km from the village of Perreuil, in a quiet hamlet nestled in the Chalonnaise countryside. For budding artists, Christine can introduce you to watercolor painting and clay work (paid lessons + shop)! Enjoy fishing along the Canal du Centre and strolling along the Voie Verte. Also, take a stroll through the village to admire the 19th-century architecture of some of the buildings: the neoclassical town hall-school, the neo-Romanesque church, and the neo-Gothic girls' school. For a relaxing family getaway, stop by the Parc Touriste des Combes! Spacious, comfortable, and bright cottage. Beautiful heritage restoration: furnished with contemporary furniture to enhance the exposed beams in the bedrooms and oculi. Enjoy the vast grounds to relax by the pool, play ping-pong or foosball, or simply take a nap in the shade of the trees! 8 bicycles are also available (+2 child seats).
