CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

Great vacation!

This is my 3rd year in a row staying here and I love it. The location is great, the security staff are so nice. The condo is decorated beautifully and the views from the patio are fantastic.

This was our first stay in Gulf Shores, and it was amazing! The property was clean and comfortable as expected, but the beach views from the balcony were just as good as anywhere! Thank you for the wonderful vacation!

Very nice condo, well equipped kitchen, really comfortable bed in the master bedroom, great location directly on the beach and within walking distance to many places. The unit was very clean upon check-in. The only complaint we had is the pool/hot tub area wasn't the best and the hot tub was broken most of the time.

Very clean but pool was closed

We stayed in November so a heated pool was very important for the kids. We were never notified that the pool and splash pad were closed. We found out when we arrived and that was frustrating. The property was very clean and beds were comfortable.

What a View!

Condo is exactly as pictured, including that wonderful balcony! The weather was chilly, but so much warmer sitting in the sunshine. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular! Two things that might be helpful to fellow travelers: bring extra toilet paper (no additional paper products in the condo) and bring pool towels. Beach cart with chairs provided, but no additional towels. Excellent condo! Would totally stay there again and would recommend to others.

Beautiful condo and very comfortable…. Only downfall was master shower didn’t work…. 6 of us had to share hall bathroom for showers but otherwise a beautiful condo.

Paradise

The unit was a lovely beachfront with an amazing view of the beach and ocean from the large balcony. At sunset, we saw dolphins from our balcony. Unit had a fully stocked kitchen, 3 bedroom (2 king bed rooms and one queen), 2 bathrooms. Full washer/dryer and a litte wagon cart filled with beach chairs, boogie boards, many sand toys, and a large beach umbrella. Unit was close to many restaurants (great seafood!). Parking garage, indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, steamroom. Beach included jet ski rental, banana rides, and nearby dolphin cruises.

Condo Renter Newbies

This was our first time renting a condo and we loved it! We are also staying again next year! There were a few things that hopefully will be addressed which we let Management know. My husband brought his electric bike and loved going to the State Park trails. Who wouldn’t love the views! Our thanks to the the girls in Management. If I asked for anything extra they were right on it! Vey accommodating!

Beach vacation

This was a great place to stay. Location to the beach was perfect you ride the elevator down and walked right on to the beach. The kids splash pad was great as well we spent every day at both the beach and the splash pad with our two year old. The room was perfect having king size beds in two of the rooms and everything being as pictured. The only down side to this property is the parking. If you come on a holiday weekend or a really busy time you may not find parking even tho you have payed and have a parking pass. We payed for two parking passes and didn’t get parking for ether of our cars on the first night. The parking attendant will direct you across the street to park at the local businesses if those are full you can pay to park at another location. Parking is not the best at this location.

Great place to stay while visiting Gulf Shores

I stayed at the Seawind Condos, condo #908 with my family- husband, children 7 and 12. We had a great time. The condo is right on the beach with a beautiful balcony view of the ocean. #908 was updated and clean- it didn't feel like I was staying at a stranger's home. The decor was new and current, and not too cluttery. Master bedroom had a comfortable bed, it's own private door to the balcony that shared with the living room. Bathroom had one sink with ample counter space. One guest room was a great size with a large closet and it connected to the hallway bath. The other guest bedroom was small with no closet. It consisted of a twin bed, mounted tv, window and a side table. Very small. My 7 year old daughter LOVED it and I have to admit, after hanging out with her for a bit it was quit cozy. I was going to have my son share his closet space with her but she did just fine making that room hers. She use the drawers in the side table for clothes, placed her shoes underneath and used the wall hooks to hang her clothes. I've read many complaints about the elevators. There are just two...and yes we had to wait but geeze it was not horrible. Even took the stairs down a few times so I could feel good about "exercising" :). There are many restaurants within walking distance and you can also drive but when we did it was tough finding a parking spot. There is a grocery store across the street, but it's more of a convenient store with not so convenient prices. There is a Rouses Market about 6 minutes away and they are a grocery store with everything you need with regular prices. I would advise you to go there for your grocery needs. I had no issues with the management. They sent the check in instructions via email before arrival. Just read the email and follow the instructions. They also text me the code to get into the condo. Bracelets and check out directions were on the kitchen counter. I did have to text them about a few minor things, they responded immediately. They were great. I would recommend this condo to anyone. We were a family of 4 but I could also see a family of 6 staying here and being comfortable as well.

Fantastic views, Great Staff

This was our very first vacation with our 11 year olds, 9 year old, and 15 year old niece. I was super nervous to get a VRBO, and did a lot of research, and hesitantly booked the Seawind 908. We really wanted a location on the beach, but we're nervous about being on the 9th floor. After arriving, we quickly realized we really loved the views we had from that 9th floor. It gave us amazing sunrises and sunsets, we could see the ocean, wildlife, dolphins and any riptides from above. (We went off-season and had several riptide warnings). Access to the beach was simple. Our microwave breaker did keep tripping, but it was easily remedied. Any other issues we had (like the dryer not drying properly, or an non-working vacuum) were dealt with quickly. We had a couple rainy days and really appreciated the puzzles and board games as well as the provided books under the tv! We also didn't expect to have a beach wagon with everything you could possibly need for a great day at the beach. We were pleasantly surprised. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and did a lot of cooking and easy meals to save money. The Walmart grocery was only 10 minutes away and the souvenir shops and other places were within walking distance, which we did on a morning before our activities opened up. Our kids said if we ever went back to Gulf shores, they would stay here again, and we agree!

We loved this condo! Very clean. Grear view! Comfy beds!

Overall we had a wonderful time! There were some issues with our check in time not being ready. The person we were communicating with by text could have done more I feel to make sure our room was ready on time. After showing up when our room was supposed to be ready they tried to tell me i couldnt bring my 2 year old inside to let him lay down. Which after a long car trip and lots of sun... that was rediculous. Luckily the cleaning lady allowed him to lay down in the bedroom. "The cleaning lady." :/ also our umbrella had holes in and when we asked for a replacement they told us to go about an enjoy our day and someone would bring it sometime. I had asked the night before about it even. So.. just if you need something dont. Dont expecy anyone to hurry up and bring it. Luckily she did allow us to purchase one and we were reimbursed. Minus those two issues we really had a nice stay. I think they may just not have enough staff. Which seems to be a problem everywhere. Dont let it deter you from staying.

Perfect Location

This has been any easy process from the beginning. Once unit was rented and made contact with them, they checked on us and communicated with us leading up to and throughout the trip. They were very helpful and we loved the property clean, comfy beds, great views of the beach. We will return !
