Séjour idéal à la Rochelle. Appartement très confortable avec une vue mer magnifique! L'accès à la plage et au centre ville à pied, ou en vélo.

Perfekt

Wir hatten einen 2 wöchigen Sprachaufenthalt an der nahegelegenen Schule Inlingua, somit war der Weg zur Schule kurz. Das Appartement war für uns perfekt, da wir einen direkten Blick auf das Meer hatten. Den Ausblick haben wir täglich von der Terrasse im 1. OG genossen. Die Ausstattung war zweckmäßig, es funktionierte alles tadellos. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war ebenfalls problemlos und sehr freundlich. Bei Fragen war sie sehr schnell erreichbar. Für uns waren es herrliche und erholsamen Tage, an die wir uns gerne zurückerinnern werden. Herzlichen Dank Valérie !!!

Wir waren total begeistert. Schöne Aussicht, viel Platz, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Valerie war sehr nett. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. 100 Punkte.

Bel appartement

Trés bel appartement idéalement situé. On s'y sent bien dès notre arrivée : propreté et petites attention ( café/torchons, etc) sont au rendez-vous. Merci à Valérie. Un lave -vaisselle serait un plus appréciable. C'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons.

Situation et vue exceptionnelle sur l océan, l annonce est fidèle à nos attentes. Appartement très bien agencé, spacieux, propre, avec équipement largement suffisant pour les vacances. Résidence très calme et je me répète environnement de rêve. Une adresse à garder précieusement.

Très bel emplacement pour un séjour au calme, non loin de La Rochelle

Très bonne location, dans un état de propreté impeccable à notre arrivée. Le centre de La Rochelle est accessible en 30' à pieds mais seulement 10 petites minutes en vélo (disponibles tout près de la location via le réseau local). Quartier très paisible et vue magnifique sur l'océan et les îles environnantes. L'accueil est discret mais efficace et toutes les informations sont fournies, ainsi que les renseignements demandés.

J'avais choisi cette location pour la très belle vue océan et je n'ai pas été déçu! L'appartement est grand, très fonctionnel et bien équipé, tourné vers la mer avec les deux terrasses l'une couverte (bien pratique!) et l'autre découverte. L'accueil s'est très bien passé, avec une propriétaire très à l'écoute et l'appartement était très propre; L'appartement est bien situé, on peut facilement aller en centre ville à pied ou avec le bus de mer. On peut très facilement se passer de voiture et visiter quand même Ré, Oléron, l'Ile d'Aix...en bateau et en vélo... Je recommande cette location!

Calme et vue magnifique

Appartement très bien situé et calme ; on apprécie le ménage et les draps inclus ; rien à reprocher, la vue est magnifique ! Juste le chauffage qui a mis un peu de temps à réchauffer l’habitation (fin novembre !)

Un excellent appartement familial

Cet appartement face à la mer est idéal pour un agréable séjour en famille à La Rochelle. La propriétaire est particulièrement prévenante et à l'écoute des locataires. Nous avons passé d'excellente vacances.

Emplacement idéal et vue superbe sur l'océan

Appartement spacieux pour une famille, bien équipé, propre et idéalement placé pour se balader avec nos jeunes enfants. Nous avons adoré cette location en mi-saison, pour profiter de la véranda.
