"We spent almost the whole time outdoors when we were at the house. We grilled, hung out on the swings and star gazed every night," Jane Anne shared with us after her visit to Omie's.
For years, this was a happy family home in the Hill Country. For at least a while, come and make it yours!
A shaded two-vehicle carport is on-site, so your wheels will be in out of the elements during your stay!
Three bedrooms at Omie's feature two king beds, one queen, and one full-sized, providing comfortable slumber for up to eight people.
"Omie" is German for "grandma," and her loving and pretty influence can be seen inside and out!

Exceptional Place for Families

The minute we walked in we felt at home. This is a wonderful place for families and couples. The “spirit filled” reminders throughout the ranch house were a beautiful way to remind those of God’s goodness. We were greeted by the property owners within minutes who were just lovely. We loved our stay here and we will be returning with family/ friends. Highly recommend. Hospitality was exceptional. were

A gracious home...

This is a beautiful country home and a very short distance to Fredericksburg. The country sounds from the diverse animals and birds bring a true relaxation that can't be found in town.

We loved the spacious indoor floor plan and the outdoor views. I could not have picked a better place to stay. I will be back to stay again. You can't go wrong staying here!!! I promise!!!

Fabulous Hosts!

We needed a quiet getaway and a calm retreat to decompress with family members. Debbie and Bing are the most accommodating hosts we’ve ever encountered. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas and our every need had been anticipated. They met us shortly after our arrival, gave us some great suggestions for restaurants and activities/attractions. Everything about our stay was comfortable and welcoming and we can’t wait to stay again next year!

Omie’s is Outstanding

Omie’s was fantastic. Location, location, location. This home has it all; views, deer, cows and so very clean and open We had 4 adults in our group and the home was plenty big and open for our needs. We met the owners, Bing and Debbie. They are so friendly and welcoming . I would recommend this home to anyone that wants to be a part of the country and relax. Fredericksburg is about 15 minutes from town and the drive is beautiful Stay here !!! It’s the BEST! Thank you Bing and Debbie!

A dream retreat

Excellent property

My 2 sisters and I stayed 4 nights, and didn't want to leave. You can't go wrong staying here. It was amazing. We loved it. It was very clean and relaxing. We seen deer, sheep, cows,and 1 donkey. That was 1 of our favorite places to stay.

For Mom

We lost our mom in June. Her birthday was March 4th so me, my sister, my daughter and granddaughter wanted to celebrate her. This house was perfect. Can I say perfect again? We had a blast playing corn hold, watched the wildlife, shopped in Fredericksburg, had great meals. This house was perfect for us and you couldn’t ask for better hosts. Perfect, perfect, perfect. We will be back!💜

Absolutely Wonderful!!

This home with its wide-open and peaceful location was the absolute best place to gather with my friends to celebrate my 60th birthday. The house is super clean and was decorated for Christmas. We spent hours rocking and swinging on the back patio watching the deer play, “talking with the cows”, and enjoying the stars. I wish I could live here all the time. None of us wanted to leave! The hosts are the nicest people. We will definitely be back!
