Centrally located, it is close to Midco Aquatic center, Denny Sanford, Down Town, Sanford medical center, Augustana & University of Sioux Falls, and the Great Plains Zoo. Great living area with a big king and two twin memory foam beds!

I fell in love with this beautiful two story property because of its location and the potential of turning them into a beautiful short term rental. The beautiful newly renovated home is centrally located in a wonderful neighborhood, it is close to Down Town, Sanford medical center, Augustana & University of Sioux Falls, Midco Aquatic center, Denny Sanford, and the Zoo.
