Welcome to our expansive property nestled just half a mile from Crystal Mountain Lodge and Resort! This family-friendly home comfortably sleeps 10 adults, with additional space for up to 12 children. Offering plenty of space to relax and play. With 30+ acres for hiking and biking, you'll have endless opportunities to explore.

Inside, you'll find 4 bedrooms plus a spacious bunk room with a lounging area, ideal for families and groups. There are 3 living rooms, ensuring everyone has their own space to unwind. For entertainment, enjoy arcade games, ping pong, shuffleboard, and darts in the garage, along with foosball, air hockey, snowshoes, 10 pairs of cross-country skis with boots, sleds, and more provided for your enjoyment.

Outside, take advantage of the wrap-around deck with a hot tub and glass dry sauna, perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. There are also 2 outdoor fire pits where you can gather under the stars.

For those who enjoy golfing, the renowned Crystal Mountain Golf Course is right down the road. Just like the beautiful Lake Michigan shores in Frankfort, a short 19-mile drive away. Traverse City is also within reach at 29 miles.

Additionally, we offer the option to book a charter captain for lake trout or bowfishing trips, available with advance reservation. And for those seeking culinary delights, inquire about our private chef service (additional charge and upon request).

Buddies Golf Trip

We had an amazing time staying at the Lilley Woods Lodge. We're a group of 12 middle age men who have been doing a golf trip together since college. This house was perfect for our group...everyone had a bed, there was plenty of space to relax, the game room(s) were fun, the sauna and hot tub were great...it provided a little something for everyone. I'd highly recommend the Lilley Woods Lodge and hope to make it back with my family for our annual ski trip this winter...the kids would love the bunk room.

Great weekend get away

Had a group of guys up to enjoy the areas golf courses and breweries, distilleries, very welcoming once we got there we were greeted by guest, the best mis communication was we were not expecting the garage to be fully remodeled. That made it the ultimate hangout spot, it was very spacious and the amenities were great.

Awesome property! Full kitchen, 3 living rooms, pool table room, and a heated garage/ game room. 4 minute drive to the slopes. Hot tub and sauna work perfectly. We will be back!

Perfect location for our Family & Friends ski trip

Outstanding home! Plenty of room for 4 families with kids and had everything we needed… large common areas and kitchen; game room in heated garage; outdoor hot tub and sauna; only a couple minutes to Crystal Mountain. Perfect family getaway retreat!

We stayed here for a family trip with 20 people (12 adults and 8 young children). We were impressed with the amenities - the kitchen was stocked with every gadget you can imagine and loved the extra fridge/freezer space in the garage. The sleeping arrangements were great - all bedrooms had extra blankets and pillows. The bathrooms had several towel sets and toiletries, including toothpaste, shampoo and conditioner minis. The dining room table, side porch room and bar seating were perfect for eating meals. We loved relaxing on the back deck and spent lots of time playing in the driveway which became a perfect stage for a family talent show. The game room was where most time was spent - endless ping pong, shuffle board and air hockey tournaments - fun for the kids and adults! In addition the game room had a large TV and excellent sound system. The main living room area was very spacious and comfortable. The back living room was a nice quiet getaway for movie nights. The property was beautiful and well maintained. It felt very private and serene - we all loved taking nightly nature walks, swinging on the big tree swing, and bonfires on the two nicely stocked pits. The location of the property allowed us to take day trips to the beach and cities within 20-45 minute drives. We’d recommend this stay to any family looking to gather together for some fun and great memories!

Amazing 40th Birthday w/ Friends & Family

This property was absolutely perfect for entertaining our friends & family! The house was stocked with everything from high-end kitchen appliances, kitchen utensils, coffee, condiments, toiletries, and games! The only thing you need to pack is your clothes, and food. Or, you can do what we did and hire the private chef who made the experience even better!! My husband’s 40th dinner was incredible and we will remember it for many years to follow. Everything was amazing, including the proximity to Crystal Mountain. Five stars in all categories is not enough! Also, thank you again to the property manager and owner for making everything perfect and beyond our expectations! We’ll be back!!

Wonderful!

The property alone is breathtaking! The pictures really do not give it justice. The house has so much room. Amenities were top notch. We were all very comfortable and had plenty of activities to entertain us, from kids to adults! Both the property manager and owner were super responsive. We were just a short drive away from anything we wanted to do. Definitely recommend and hope to return!

Great place for families

It was more than we anticipated. We booked in January shortly after a death in our family so we were still struggling significantly with grief. When we pulled up it was exciting to see it was a great choice. The children ranged from 6 to 19 and they had many games to play to entertain themselves and to enjoy with the adults. Accommodations were great. The kitchen was well supplied and we were thankful for the basics such as salt and pepper and Pam. We were also thankful for laundry detergent which is rarely supplied. We enjoyed our stay and loved our family time. Thank you!

Family Time 2022

Beautiful home!!! Enough space for 8 adults and 8 children, ages 7 months - 10 years of age. Game room has plenty of board games to choose from. Pool table room, ping pong, air hockey, and shuffle board in the garage area was an excellent area to enjoy. We went to nearby lakes to hang out at the beaches and swim. Celebrated my grandson’s 5th birthday at nearby bowling alley. Went hiking near the Betsie River. Went fishing. Lots of opportunity for various summer activities nearby. Crystal Mountain less than a 5 minute drive. Unfortunately for our group, we had an infant with an ear infection and teething. So some of our choices were made taking that into consideration. Overall though, a good destination with plenty of room. Bunk room a hit with the kiddos. Kids enjoyed outdoor property playing hide and seek. High end quality amenities, recommend purchasing the property damage insurance.

Beautiful Secluded Property

We stayed at this beautiful property in June with our extended family. It was clean with top of the line appliances and decor. It is spacious and includes anything you could possibly need. Jenna was there to show us around and was happy to check us in early which we really appreciated. I would highly recommend this beautiful home.

An Amazing Christmas Vacation!

Our 3-generation family of 19 decided to forego Christmas gift giving and build memories together by vacationing at the Lilley Lodge! Wow! So thankful! The Lilley Lodge was perfectly appointed and beautifully decorated for the holidays. The first day of arrival, our children and grandchildren set up their sleeping arrangements in the lower level. The grands were so excited to share the bunk space so they could spend time together! The grands had their own bathroom and our adult children/spouses had their own bathroom. The main level has a beautiful master bedroom/bathroom where we as grandparents had our own hideaway! Another 1/2 bath off of kitchen was conveniently located! The first day we arrived, the family had a blast competing in ping pong, air hockey and pool. What a great idea to have a heated garage so that all of us could hang out and have fun! The snow came the 2nd day, just in time to enjoy outdoor activities. Some of the grands had never snow boarded before, and the hill behind the home was just enough of a slope for our expert boarders to teach them before heading to Crystal Mtn. An inventory of snowshoes and cross-country skiis was a special bonus! The property was perfect to explore (which we did) and also a few went to the Betsie Trails for a 6-mile X-Country hike as well as Legacy Park at Crystal Mountain. Iron Fish Distillery is about 1.5 miles away and 2 of the adults opted to hike it through the woods while a few of us drove! Must do! We did venture up to Timberlee Hills and to Mt. Holiday around Traverse City for some snowtubing and had a blast! Our last night was spent on NYE and the snow was falling while we sat in the hot tub/sauna before midnight! The most perfect memory!! The home had several board games as well, so we had some great "unplugged" moments to share! The owner Tom and his property manager Jenna were both very attentive and immediately responded to our questions. About the only minor suggestion would be light-blocking blinds/curtains for the bedrooms downstairs in case there are light sleepers. Everything else--from the fully-stocked kitchen to the "up-north" Pottery Barn decor throughout, abundant towels/storage space, washers/dryers, gas fireplaces(upper and lower) and breathtaking views created the perfect atmosphere for our vacation. Our family is going through some health struggles and Tom went the extra mile by making sure our family had a vacation to remember forever.

Staycation

Our 10th annual family trip was before Christmas this year. What a pleasant surprise!, We’ve stayed at many places, but this topped them all. We loved the spacious layout. The outdoor jacuzzi and sauna were a huge hit. Of course, the pool table and heated spacious garage with ping pong we’re also fun. My wife loved the cozy rooms and fireplaces.
