TOP House with special view right along the river

We had a very nice time in the house right on the Chambonaz river. Unfortunately it was very warm and the fans in the house weren't enough to cool us down at least a little. Nevertheless, the river gave us the appropriate cooling every day. In terms of location, the house is easily accessible with ample parking and plenty of space on the beautiful open property. Shopping opportunities are within walking distance and the next town with its weekly markets is a must for every stay in the beautiful Ardeche. The fact that the house has a kayak that the house guests can use was really a great thing. Unfortunately, guests only have access to a small electric grill, which unfortunately greatly affected the enjoyment of lovely barbecue evenings. Nevertheless, I am happy to recommend the house, even if taking care of your daily needs is subject to the special circumstance that toilet paper is not allowed to be disposed of in the toilet.

Traumhafte Lage...

...direkt am Fluss, absolut ruhig und mit eigener Badestelle und Boot gelegen. Für uns ist auch Les Vans ein ganz nettes Dorf nur 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Haus selber gut ausgerüstet vor allem die Terrasse aber in ist das Highlight, gerne wieder.

Urlaub in sehr schöner Lage

Die Lage des Hauses ist einfach toll. Man wohnt direkt am Wasser mit privatem Badesteg und hat ein Kayak zur Verfügung. Les Vans kann man fußläufig erreichen, was besonders am Markttag sehr gelegen kommt. Vom Balkon aus blickt man auf den Fluss und Chambonas. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und trotz großer Hitze kann man es relativ kühl halten. Und ein Bad im Fluss bietet natürlich zusätzliche Abkühlung. Wir haben dort einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht.

magnifique maison au bord de l'eau

des vacances au calme, dans un environnement privilégié: rivière en contrebas, accessible avec ponton, permettant de naviguer avec canoé et paddle facilement. Terrasse couverte avec vue splendide sur le Chassezac et le Château de Chambonas. Le village des Vans à 15 minutes à pied. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Excellent sejour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce magnifique gîte. La petite plage privative avec le canoë et les Cannes à pêche à disposition est un réel plus. Toutes les commodités sont accessibles à pied depuis un chemin de rando juste en face du gîte. Nous avons vraiment bien profité du lieu et des environs.

Excellent séjour!

La location est très bien équipée et très bien située. Les Vans sont à 10 minutes à pied. Le bois de paiolive est également à un petit 15 minutes en voiture pour de belles randonnées et des coins de baignades sympa. Mais le mieux c'est la rivière au bout du jardin avec le canoë à disposition.

Un gite merveilleux pour des vacances en famille

Un lieu parfait pour les vacances en famille ! On a l'impression de venir dans une maison de famille, idéalement placée au bord de la rivière avec tout à disposition : les équipements de cuisine, les jeux, une chouette collection de BD, et même un canoë! La maison est à la fois au calme mais à quelques minutes des Vans. Bref, nous avons beaucoup apprécié ces vacances à Chambonas!

Geweldig, een hele mooie plek om te verblijven.

Het is een zeer ruime en mooie woning gelegen aan een heel mooi punt aan de rivier. Vanaf de veranda is er een heel mooi uitzicht op de bocht van de rivier en de historische brug in de verte. Achter het huis is een steigertje waar je de gemakkelijk de rivier in kan gaan on te zwemmen. Het water is er heel schoon. Ook is er een 2 persoons kano aanwezig waarvan je gebruik kunt maken. De locatie van het huis is erg rustig.. Aan de voorkant is wel een (kleine) doorgaande weg maar daar heb je tijdens het verblijf niet veel last van. We hebben erg genoten van deze plek en natuurlijk van onze vakantie in een erg mooi deel van de Ardèche.

1er séjours en Ardèche . les Vans - Maison sympa

Maison très sympa bien pour 4. Endroit au top près des Vans, de Super U et des routes vers le nord, Joyeuses, .. Vallon pont d'Arc et tous les sites à visiter. A côté à voir BANNE et NAVES entre autres et bien sûr CHAMBONAS. 2 points à savoir également pour son choix : * la proximité de la route du Ganivay qui fait que si vous voulez dormir la fenêtre ouverte : Bruit le matin avec les passage de veh, du tracteur * la rivière Chassezac est un vrai plus . En été c'est le top pour la baignade et la pêche. La présence d'un canoé aurait été super. * Sachez aussi que le Bruit de l'eau est incessant mais on ne l'entend plus le soir une fois la Véranda fermée. super séjour - il y a un piano.

Les pieds dans la rivière Chassezac

Une maison familiale des années 80, vous ouvre ses portes à proximité de Les Vans (10 minutes à pieds), non loin du château de Chambonas et au bord de la rivière Chassezac. Il s agit d une location mise en place pour la première fois cette année 2021. Des travaux sont à envisager notamment assez rapidement concernant la douche ( carreaux qui se décollent, et mauvaises odeurs. Les lits sont confortables (bons matelas). Les oreillers mériteraient d être changés et munis d alèses. Certaines couvertures et couettes auraient besoins d être changées ( tâches et odeurs). Enfin il est à noter que le papier hygiénique est à jeter dans une poubelle et non dans la cuvette et enfin il faut savoir qu une route passante longe la propriété. Mais les propriétaires sont excusés, car ils ont besoin de temps pour améliorer l habitat. La maison est spacieuse et les pièces sont agréables à vivre. Les extérieurs sont entretenus. Nous avons passé de bons moments dans cette région que nous connaissons bien.

Maison au bord de l'eau - possible de prévoir son équipement nautique (paddle, kayak, canne à pêche...) donc situation très appréciable. Spacieuse. Accès direct au centre-ville en 15 minutes à pied.
