The condo was very tidy and the views were breathtaking. The owner was very responsive to messages. The river is peaceful and I enjoyed taking a walk to the private island. I would highly recommend staying here.

Enjoyed the patio overlooking the Colorado river. Condo was clean and had everything you would new to make all your meals if you so desire. The patio had awesome sunset views. One of the reasons I rented this condo was all the pools and hot tub was heated.checkin and checkout was very easy.
