Stayed for a long weekend to visit family and the house was just amazing and fulfilled all our needs! We will definitely be booking again in the future.
We had the best time staying at this home. From the space, the view, the water access, it could not have been more perfect for our family. Would definitely recommend!
Fantastic stay at an awesome house for two families. House layout is fantastic and very accommodating for boating. Thanks for making the stay wonderful!
Palmer’s Point fit our needs perfectly. Love the house with all the outdoor deck and porch space. The yard is beautiful with live oaks and a big grassy area. The dock has just been redone and we enjoyed fishing and crabbing. The inside has plenty of space and is very homey feeling. Absolutely Love McClellanville!
We really enjoyed our time at your home! It is a great location - perfect for a relaxing vacation and we love the dock! The house was just as described and had plenty of room. Would definitely stay again.

The house was amazing and so comfortable. loved the layout and the location. Suited our family's needs and everyone enjoyed it so much. Looking forward to our next stay.
Places was even nicer than pictures. Large dock for family fishing, conveniently located near museum and several restaurants. Would definitely stay again!
Some TLC will make a world of difference on outside and screened in porches And I fixed some of the nails sticking up on the dock. Overall a great house
We came to visit in Charleston and was a little trip to and fro but I felt was worth it. Had a little problem with the water but Kat was on top of it and took care of it. It barely effected our stay. Loved the house and space. It was laid out well. If we come back to the area again we will certainly consider coming back. Thanks
House as advertised, needs some tlc but functional. Great spot right on the water with a great dock. The live oaks were amazing.
Water tastes horrible, make sure to buy or bring bottled water
We had a wonderful time boating and fishing this area - including trips to Georgetown and Shem Creek. We boated out to the beaches and explored the islands. We caught dozens of bull redfish in the surf!
The house is a little old and needs some updating inside - and a good bit of clean-up outside. Dock needs a refresh as well. We would probably choose a different place if available next year to get a newer-feeling place.
Beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable. We didn't take advantage of the pier since the mosquitos were brutal but it was nice to have some solitude and a view.
Kitchen was fully equipped!
There were a few things that needed to be addressed. Kat was responsive.
We have been vacationing in McClellanville for several years now and love this sleepy little fisher town. Palmer’s Point was awesome everything was perfect! A great time with family and truly a time of recharging and unplugging!
We had a great weekend even if the wind made the fishing a bit tougher. The house and dock are set up well for anglers-comfortable but not too fancy. Dock is a little shallow at low but wasn’t a big issue. Lots of places to gather. We would definitely come back.

Why they chose this property
Boat landing - The closet is across the creek at McClellanville Town hall. However, they now only offer an annual pass for $100....no longer daily fees. However, Buck Hall Recreation Area and Boat Landing is about is about 5 miles S and is free to put in. They charge $7 a day to park there...but doubt you would do that. Their # fyi is 843-336-2200. There is also Pole Yard Boat landing N. Santee which is free.
