Came for graduation at BU…great location to downtown! Hosts were very helpful and accommodating! Great place to stay and close to the north towns of MA! I highly recommend!

Beautiful spot

The property was a described and was very comfortable, clean and tucked into a beautiful area. I did get ill while there and Lino and Wendy were so kind in accommodating me which I SO appreciated! I would stay at their home again as it was clean, a nice home space and in a great location. Recommend!

New England Getaway

Enjoyed our stay here so much! Perfect location ( just a short drive ) for visiting our daughter at Tufts, exploring Boston, Rockport and York. Great space, comfy beds and sofa - had everything we needed. As an extra bonus , fresh eggs from the chickens. Highly recommend- thanks Wendy!!

Gracious and Clean!

My wife and I had never been to Boston, our hosts made our experience inviting. The rooms were clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hosts were quickly responsive to all of our needs and questions about the area. If we are ever back in town, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!!!

The Amazing Stay

We have stayed in various places in different countries and this is among the best, if not THE best place we have stayed. It was better than listed -- we were just two but 4 could easily stay here and be comfortable. Wendy was great to welcome us and check in to see that we had everything we needed. Even fresh eggs! The drive to Boston was easy and coming back to this oasis was nice after a day of touring Boston. And the best -- being on a road trip -- was the washer and dryer!! Clean clothes! Many thanks Wendy!

Nice place close to everything!

Property was very clean and had any amenity that I could have wanted. Owners were very nice. Quick, convenient drives to both Boston and Salem. Very comfortable accommodations. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Loved it All

Wendy and Lino were perfect hosts and we were grateful to visit with them. They both gave us great advice when visiting Boston and Salam. The rental was beautifully done and we appreciated the very comfortable bed. We loved how peaceful it was in the evenings after very busy days. We highly recommend this place and would definitely return in the future and recommend it to family and friends.

Nice stay

This is a spacious apartment with comfortable furniture. We would have liked a better equipped kitchen but we managed by washing the dishes after each meal instead of using the dishwasher. The owners live upstairs and were very friendly and helpful, even sharing some eggs from their chickens.

Friendly Hosts

We were looking for a place to stay for ourselves, 2 teenagers and our dog. This was a great “home base” while we visited nearby relatives. We had plenty of space, beds for all and very attentive hosts. Thanks to Leno and Wendy for a home away from home!

Perfect getaway

Perfect getaway for the 2 of us. Great hosts, they recommended a nice Italian restaurant and it was so good we ate there twice. Very quiet and we enjoyed hearing the chickens every morning.

Perfect experience

This place is incredible. A few things that stood out: 1. Extremely clean. In 10 years of booking vacation rentals for vacations this may have been the cleanest place we have stayed. 2. Really nice place. The beds were awesome, there are windows on most of the walls in the bedroom for airflow if you need it, air-conditioning if you need it, heat if you need it. Nice sized closet and dress. Overall, extremely comfortable and decorated in a nice way for a vacation rental. Really nice. 3. Stove was great for cooking eggs in the morning, refrigerator was full sized, and practically new, counters were clean and had great space. There was just so much space that I didn't expect. 4. Laundry was excellent. We needed to do laundry after a week in Maine before we headed to our next destination. The machines were new and amazing. 5. Location is excellent, and can be amazing if you want to visit downtown Boston or do other things north of Boston. My wife and I previously lived in Boston about 8 years ago, since meeting we moved to San Francisco and all our friend shave settled to awesome suburbs like Wilmington to raise their families so this location was very central to who we wanted to visit, but... is also a 20 minute commuter rail ride to downtown. Just hop on the MTBA commuter rail at the Wilmington Station. You can be in Downtown Boston in 20 minutes and the trains run all day, are super clean and quite. Just get off at North Station and you are in the best part of Boston, just 1 mile from basically everything you want to see. You can also take a T ride from there quickly out to Fenway or where ever you want. 6. The hosts were amazing. A couple owns the house who were so friendly and helpful. When we booked this place we did it just because it fit what we needed location wise and comfort wise for the price. After staying we were so pleasantly surprised that I was compelled to share how great this place was. I highly, highly, highly recommend this experience.

Great location for Boston

This apartment was perfect for our mini trip to Boston! Wendy was very sweet and helpful with getting around. She gave a great recommendation for dinner not far from the house the night we arrived! By far the best meal we had all weekend. Full size kitchen was perfect for breakfast each morning!!! Definitely will try here again when we go back to Boston to explore some more.
