PORT CAMARGUE - South Beach - In a secure residence on the Marina with parking, beautiful green spaces and a swimming pool with wading pool.P2 of 30m² with large terrace of 12m² nice open view on the Port and the pool. Bright living room overlooking the terrace with double bed recessed An equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave), One bedroom with a bunk bed + a drawer bed (3 beds). Bathroom with washing machine and separate toilet. furnished and equipped for 4/5 people. 400m from the beach, shops and nautical activities.
OPTIONAL BENEFITS:
- Set of sheets: 15€/ Bed (Flat sheets x2)
- Towel kit: 7€ / Person
- Household: 66€ P2 (Free of pet hair)
Two deposit checks are to be given to us on the day of your arrival (400€ deposit for flat, 100€ deposit household), not cashed and destroyed after the verification of the apartment.
The handing over of keys is done in our real estate agency.
