Amalfi B118 is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath condo offering an open floor plan with living area, kitchen and huge balcony which lends itself to accommodate large gatherings for family and friends. This unit has been completely renovated and professionally decorated with chic touches that remind you of the coast. The Master bedroom has a King bed, large bathroom with a double vanity and stand alone custom tiled shower. There is balcony access from the Master. The second bedroom has 1 Queen and 1 Full bed and access to a bathroom that is shared with a hallway access, tub/shower combo. The hallway has bunks built in.
The over-sized balcony overlooks the pool, a green yard (great for fun and games for young & old alike), and a horizon view of the emerald waters. The furnishings allow for a family dinner outside, lounging in the sun or a nap on an over sized chaise under the stars! This unit is a short walk to the beach access which is across Scenic 98, a two lane. Guest can have 2 vehicles.
The first floor is above the parking garage and a few steps from your car whether you are parked in covered or uncovered space. The biggest issue was the floor of the room was super dirty. Master bed mattress protector should have been changed it had a stain.traveling with 6,4,2 year old do I bought a mop and cleaned the floor. Besides that everything was great

Beautiful space- There were a few issues... The stove light on the right side of range had a "ON" Red indicator light was on upon arrival & stayed on . No heat was felt from any range eyes or stove. The refrigerator gasket on lower section of refrigerator has black mold all in the gasket. In the master bathroom there was a collection of long black hairs in the shower drain - we don't have black hair. The washing machine makes a loud squealing noise. A few "Clean" items in cupboard that were not clean- lipstick marks on 1 of 2 plastic cups. These were no inconveniences - we only want to make you aware. We enjoyed all the beautiful surroundings & look forward to coming back & stay again soon! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home !

Loved the location. Directly across the road from beach access and easy walking distance to numerous restaurants and stores. Condo was clean and very spacious. Had an issue getting in the gate (which was my fault) but the host was quick to respond and help. Definitely recommend.

The property was close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. We had a great time. Plenty of space for us and outside area was great for afternoon sun and late lunches. The only problem was the internet access, reached out to maintenance and did not get a good response but was able to reach the property owner and he was able figure out the problem. Thanks for great time.

Lack of concern proved too much
It was made clear that no pets are allowed in the complex, but we had dogs on both sides of that barked incessantly. I let the management company know what was happening. We continued to hear dogs the entire trip. Also, the code for condo door did not work. Despite contacting the management company several times, we stood outside our condo for 4 or so hours. Needed to come home to get good rest. You will get little help from the management company.

This property was nice. The issues we had was for a week stay we only have two rolls of toilet paper in the whole condo. The beach access was not convenient like advertised. 80%of the outlets didn’t work. The mattress were very old and uncomfortable as well as the couch. The burners on the oven weren’t level makings it hard to cook well. The elevator didn’t work. And the path from the back patio to the pool or walk way needs to be more accessible.

The set up was nice and clean !! The view of the pool was great. Across the street was the beach and a restaurant and bar. The place was spacious for the 6 of us. The owner was very fast with responding for any concerns or answers. Overall stay was definitely great experience !!!

One of the best locations in Miramar Beach
I loved my stay here this February and March . The 2 negative things about being on the first floor: the floors are very cold in winter; the beach and gulf are impossible to view, what I really miss seeing. It would have been better if there were a few throw rugs or area rugs in the condo. I actually purchased bathroom and bedroom throw rugs for that reason. The living room’s large TV took me awhile to operate and even when it worked it would ask for the Wi-Fi number and other info which I didn’t know how to answer, so turned it off and on again. It usually worked, not always. During that time I used my bedroom TV. The condo is well supplied with kitchen utensils and cookware. Because I have shoulder problems, I had concerns reaching the above-the-stove microwave, therefore I purchased a small microwave to use on the counter. I believe, with the price being charged for the rent of the condo, I expect more perfection.

Wonderful stay!
We had a wonderful time and we were very pleased with Amalfi B118. We have a large family, but all 9 of us had a place to sleep. The location is great and the property is beautiful. Along with our condo, we enjoyed the pools, the workout space, and the tennis courts. There's a very short walk to the beach which is great. This is our second time staying at Amalfi and we've had great experiences both times!

The condo was very nice and clean. Decor is very beachy. My only complaint was that I had a note left on the door for a $75 fee that said would be added to my bill for sand left outside the door. It was a very small amount and when I looked all throughout the agreement and paperwork there was nothing about sand. I could not find a phone number anywhere to contact amalfi management. I found a number posted on the fitness center. I left a message but no response. I would have thought a warning would be reasonable esp since there is nothing in writing about it.

Favorite vacation spot
I loved the decor of this Amalfi coast unit. I felt like all of our beds, bathrooms and kitchen area were all clean and tidy. Itis in need of some deep cleaning on light fixtures and the patio where there’s stains. I loved how easy it was for us to access the pool and the beach. We have been coming to the Amalfi coast resort since 2004 and always love our stay at this resort. The units view was not the best that we’ve had but was still beautiful. The security was always present and very friendly. I would return to this unit if it was available.

NO FUN ZONE
This condo is not the place to go if you are trying to have a good time. Me and my family and friends were harassed by the hotel security and the residents thats live there, we made it there friday night. already had the police at our door by 10 a clock for playing a small speaker and playing games inside the room. the next day after we left the beach and were walking back to the pool. the security was already called again for playing the same small speaker. We were playing country music and literally swimming by the pool for no more than two minutes before he arrived. I think instead of worrying about there paying guest coming to spend money on the off season with the hotel. They have been more worried about cleaning the property from all the debris from the storm they had.
