Great Condo

Excellent location across from the beach. We could easily walk to WannaWanna or Clayton's. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed both the pool and hot tub. We look forward to staying again soon!

Quick Getaway

This was a great little place we found last minuet for a trip with my mom, sister and aunts. It was clean and looked just like the pictures. The pool was nice and everything was working fine. The beach is litterally a 2 min walk to the beach, and you can go either left or right to get to a beach entrance. The one on the right has the area to wash off the sand before your walk back up the the little condo. The condo was on the 3rd floor which was a great view of the pool and just being able to sit outside was nice too.

Mini vacay

The stay was okay, it's on the 3rd floor which was very hard for my kids to walk up stairs and carrying a carseat. My complain is that they want you to check in at 4pm we arrived at 3:20 and the front desk lady said they were" working on it " we stayed outside the facility til 4 and no one was working in the room. It had ants inside the walls. The refrigerator was tilted , and check out at 10am!!!! Only thing we loved there was the pool and jacuzzi.

Easy walk to beach

Good location, close to the beach. Kitchen was adequate, clean. Balcony was nice. The king size bed made for very long nights. It's old and caving in on each side and pretty squeaky. If good sleep is important to you, this is not the place for you. We come every year, I'd stay here again if they remedied the bed situation.

NOT a "Remodeled" unit!!!

This property's location is IDEAL!!! It's literally across the street from the beach. However, the unit was marketed as "Remodeled" and the ONLY thing remodeled was the kitchen and the floors. EVERYTHING else is old, deteriorating and dirty. Including the walls. There was a hole in the wall of the first bedroom. The sink in the first bathroom was clogged. The walls looked like someone took a bottle of soda and sprayed it all over them. When we called maintenance, they said the walls couldn't be cleaned and needed to be repainted.

Great location.

Unit was nice and for the most part clean. Only issue was their was mold on the shower curtain liner. The only reason I gave four stars on the cleanliness. I would definitely stay here again. Very easy access to the beach. Just a short walk across the street. The pool area was just like the picture. Very relaxing. I would definitely stay there again. And also would bring extra pillows.

Enjoyed our stay

It was our first experience at a condo setting. Everything met our expectations from viewing on the web. The SPI office personnel were very nice. We had electricity during the winter storm when most of the Island was out of power. 😃

Great property for the money

The property was nice for the money and I always felt safe. Beach access was almost as good as being on the beach. It was a very short walk to the beach and the property had a hose to wash off with and an outside shower by the pool. The wash machine was making a noise and they were right on top of fixing it. They responded to my inquiries in a timely manner. I felt very satisfied with my stay.
