Perfect!

My sister and I rented this condo for a long weekend getaway and it was perfect. The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and had everything you would need, you just had to supply your groceries. Staci, the property manager, was wonderful to work with and was quick to reply to any of my questions. We will definitely be back to Ketch Courtyard! ♥️

Great condo/great location

Great condo with all updated floors, counters, bathrooms, etc! Beautiful deck that looks directly at ocean! Quiet..can’t hear neighbors when inside or when on deck! Short/easy walk to the beach! Beach towels and beach chairs provided at the condo! Sand on beach is so soft and can walk for hours on flat surface! Fun shelling! Loved it! We’ll be back for sure!

Perfectly easy

Our experience was perfect! This location can’t be beat for staying on Amelia Island and visiting downtown Ferninanda Beach. With its proximity to the beach, so many delicious restaurants and cool shopping in the area, we decided to stay longer at the same location, different unit! The staff made everything so easy for us and both rooms were clean and fully stocked like coffee fixings, beach chairs and towels, full kitchens and even blenders.

Awesome communication since the beginning. The condo was clean, updated and had everything you need. Adding a spectacular view made this a perfect spot to relax. We loved the online information book that provided us with so many great recommendations. We loved Espinal!! Thanks Stacie!

Good stay but won’t return

The property is not a problem. We were unlucky enough to be with teenagers on their Junior/Senior Class Trip from Coffee County Georgia High School. Kids up at all times of night yelling, trying to access each others rooms. First night no sleep til 3:10 AM. Second night almost as bad. No chaperones in sight and kids had the run of the place. Poor booking decision by property and managers seem to have no control of the situation.

I had one shot to get it right, and I did!

Since my family frequently vacations north (Canada), I rarely get the opportunity to go to the beach. I wanted cleanliness, oceanside, an outdoor seating area, updates and conveniences, and the space for 4 adults. This property met all of my needs plus more. It was convenient to downtown shopping, dining, and the golf courses. The property is smaller, quiet, and other guests were friendly. Stacie checked in with me before I arrived, during our stay, and after we left. We did not use the pool but it was very clean with lots of outdoor seating. I will definitely look to stay here again when I am lucky enough to go south!

A beautiful little condo with a gorgeous view of the beach. Nicely remodeled. Managers were very easy to work with. You can book direct with them and save the VRBO fee.
