As lovely as advertised, but…

Superlatives all around, except for Wi-Fi! I was not able to use my iPad or phone in the condo because of weak to nonexistent Wi-Fi. So unable to email or use Google while staying at the condo. Otherwise a wonderful place.

Beach days and Gym nights

Michaelangelo once said that "Trifles make perfection and perfection is no trifle." We arrived at 205 Ketch Courtyard to the sound of relaxing music playing in the background, nice touch, thank you! The unit was bright and "surface" clean as was advertised. There were, however, a number of "trifles" (smaller issues) that were in need of attention, and that detracted from the total experience that I have taken the liberty to mention here. 1. The top of the refrigerator was dirty and had obviously not been cleaned for some time. 2. The coffee pot lid was broken, which made it difficult to make coffee without making a mess. 3. The light on the table in the dining area was not working. 4. Kitchen utensils were lacking giving the impression that eating in was discouraged. 5. There were no instructions as to how to use the washer/dryer and TV. We eventually figured them out for ourselves, but it would have been nice to not have to spend valuable vacation time on it. 6. The light switch in the master bedroom was either not connected to anything or was not working. 7. We were requested to wash beach towels before we left and there was no detergent provided for this task. 8. A few more functional "amenities" would have been nice had they been provided. 9. The beds were very comfortable, but the bedsheets did not fit properly. As I said at the beginning, "Trifles make perfection and perfection is no trifle." Overall, everything was good and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

great unit

best equipped condo we have ever stayed at. excellent quality cookware, bedding and towels. Extremely clean and organized. communications was above and beyond. About two miles from grocery and shops and four or five miles from downtown fernadina beach. Easy drive over to jacksonville and saint augustine. Beach outside door and very nice and empty.

This 3 bedroom on the beach was the perfect place to work and enjoy Amelia Island. Easy access to the beach, downtown and golf made the location ideal. The communication with management was timely and via text - couldn’t have been easier!

Very near perfect

Loved this place! Beautiful and high quality furnishings and finishes, kitchen and baths especially. Very nice having a large washer and dryer that worked great. Comfortable beds. Nice seating at table and couch. Excellent location with quick walk to beach, elevator very nice to have, beautiful beach view from balcony. Would like to see new, comfortable outdoor seating as the plastic chairs were not comfy for sitting outside reading or having a drink for long periods of time which is something we like to do while stuck inside during our kids naps or early bedtimes, or during bad weather. Stay better vacations also has great, fast communication via text.
