Property offers well stocked kitchens, gas grill, ceramic smoker, pool heater & more!!

Access is provided to The Lodge (Main home - 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2-story home) and The Retreat (4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2-story home), the pool, hot tub, fire pit, and game room.

We are very responsive to our guests and always available through the booking app, text, or phone!

Located off of FM-3237 (Old Kyle Rd) and Arrowlake Rd. in Wimberley, TX.
Minimum age requirement is 28.
No pets. (No exceptions)
Up to 16 total guests (firm) on the property at any time. Includes children of all ages. No day guests allowed.
Guests must provide photo ID, address, phone number, email address and a number of guests for our insurance coverage. Background checks for insurance purposes will be conducted through a third-party provider, SafelyStay.
Booking confirmation dependent on a positive background check.
Guests must provide a card for security deposit hold.
Guests must sign our additional rental agreement within 24 hours of booking to avoid booking cancellation.
A refundable security deposit hold will be required before stay.
2 security cameras on-site at property entrance and driveways.
No smoking indoors.
No parties, events with additional guests or outside vendors, including weddings. No exceptions, due to insurance guidelines.
Quiet hours after 10:00. No large amplified speakers.
No fires in fire pit if winds are in excess of 10 mph
No fireworks, firearms, or motorized vehicles such as dirt bikes or ATVs (4-wheelers, mules, etc)
Pool heating is seasonal and subject to additional fees. Please reach out in advance.
Cancellation Policy: In the event you wish to cancel your reservation, Travel Insurance, Damage Protection and any processing or administrative fees are non-refundable. The refund policy is based on how many days from the scheduled arrival date the cancellation is requested in writing, and will be provided as follows:
- Cancellations within 48 hours of booking – 100% refund regardless how far the reservation is made from scheduled arrival date.
- Cancellations more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date – 100% refund.
- Cancellations 30 days or less from scheduled arrival date – 100% refund if property is rebooked for the same amount or more.
- Cancellations between 15 - 30 days of scheduled arrival date– 50% refund if property is rebooked for the same amount or more.
- Cancellations 14 days or less of scheduled arrival date – No refund will be provided.
