The living room is comfortable and can sleep 2 people thanks to its sofa bed, while the open kitchen is pleasant and functional, and very well equipped in terms of crockery (4-burner ceramic hob - oven - microwave - hood - dishwasher - filter coffee maker - kettle - toaster). The bedroom has a good 160cm bedding and storage space for your clothes, shoes and personal belongings. The bathroom has a vanity unit with storage, a bathtub, a towel dryer and a washing machine.
Your car is parked at the foot of the apartment, and access is via a wide outside spiral staircase.
There's a communal garden to the rear of the apartment, where you can hang out your washing when you return from the square or when you get out of the washing machine.

The customs path is very pleasant to walk along, and the cycle path runs alongside the boulevard de la Côte de Beauté where the rue des Goélands ends: everything can be done by bike or on foot.
