Sterling Sands Unit #407 is a nicely updated fourth floor unit with amazing gulf and pool views from a private balcony. You will love this unit from sunrise to sunset daily from your private balcony accessible from the living room! The living room also offers a nice sofa sleeper and a matching loveseat, well-coordinated coastal furnishings, and a large TV with DVD player. The dining area offers seating for four. There are three bar stools at the breakfast bar for plenty of seating. The kitchen has upscale granite counters, full-size appliances, and all the housewares needed to make meals at home.
The primary bedroom offers a calm retreat with a nice king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom offers a nice twin over full bunk bed with cozy bedding. There is a second bathroom next to the guest bedroom with a a shower/tub combo. Enjoy the convenience of a private washer and dryer during your stay tucked away into a closet in the hall.
Things to Know
A resort fee (for amenity wristbands and parking passes) of $15 plus tax per person (5 years old and up) must be paid during mandatory pre-registering online. Website provided in confirmation email.
This unit has a max occupancy, including children. These are rules set by the State of Florida and the State of Florida Fire Codes. The Fire Codes go by square footage and not the beds in a unit. If you arrive with more than the max occupancy listed, the HOA will not allow you to check-in and you will not be entitled to a refund.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
