At La Rigonie, we have been producing strawberries for 3 generations with varieties adapted to the different seasons. The raspberry we grow is a very tasty remontant variety. Our jams, jellies and syrups are the subtle mixture of fruit and cane sugar cooked in a copper cauldron according to a traditional method respecting the natural and fruity flavors of the fruits without adding colorings or preservatives.
