Beach service is available for rent from March 31st to August 1st. These setups may block the view of the beach from your vacation rental.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great condo!

Everything about 1130 was great. Great view, perfectly clean, very well stocked kitchen, very comfortable master bed, well decorated. We would definitely stay here again! Wouldn’t change anything.

Great location to the beach!

The location to the beach was great! It was also close to everything, shopping, water park, food. The harbor walk was only about a mile away. The room itself was very basic. I messaged ahead of time and ask if there were chairs in the condo, I was told yes but there were none. It could have been a little cleaner and there weren’t enough blankets for the pull out. The hot tub was nasty( we weren’t getting in). But overall we had a great stay! We would go back.

Beautiful View

This is a beautiful condo with a great view. Overall, it was wonderful. I know it's hard to keep a place by the beach perfectly clean. The furniture really needs cleaning and I don't think they are mopping the floors? Our feet were black. The place is a great location. The pictures online show a wet bar, which was one of the reasons I picked this particular condo. When we got there, there was not a wet bar. I think maybe they have several condos and the picture doesn't always match the place you rent. I would not hesitate to rent this condo again.

8-27 / 9-3 Vacation

This is condo was great, very clean, beautifully decorated, beds were very confortable. This made our 2nd stay at Jade East and it was amazing. Love that the condo has entry codes for access to the parking lot and the condo itself. Someone from Vacasa personally called me twice to make sure everything was going good and to see if we had any questions or need anything. That was really appreciated.

Awesome Views!!

Loved it! Exceeded our expectations. Clean, love tile floors in bedrooms…not a fan of carpets. Comforters and all bedding nice and clean. Living room TV is larger that what it looks like in pics. The ocean views from bedroom and living room are beautiful. My favorite was the master room ocean view, I could stay there all day and be happy. Our family loved it and wish they could still be there. The only reason I gave it a four star is because I wish it had hooks in the restrooms to place used towels. For our family there weren’t enough towel bars to place our used towels. Also, we had issues with the gate code when entering the condo. Thankfully a lady gave it to us as she was driving inside. Would definitely go back and stay there again.

Beautiful

From the moment we opened the front door, the condo was amazing. Such a beautiful view of the ocean. Nicely decorated. The entire condo was immaculate and clean. Very comfortable beds. We loved that it had a washer/dyer off the kitchen. All appliances looked brand new. Very comfortable beds. Large pool, always kept clean. We felt very safe with the gated front entrance. Grounds were beautiful and always clean. We love Destin and would definitely stay in 1130 again.

Nice Family Vacation Rental

I loved the view from our room. I liked how well it was stocked. We had a problem with the fridge/freezer being frozen over which caused it to not cool the food down enough. I put a call in and someone came out to fix it. It started working after this. I feel it could have been a bit cleaner, bedding had some stains on blankets and sofas seemed a tad dingy. All in all it fit our needs and we were pleased with the rental.

Great view, easy acces to beach

The condo is everything you expect going to Destin. Few clarifying things for folks which may help. Has big screen TV with Netflix and Disney built in. You may need your own accounts but worked for me. The WiFi speed is about 20Mbps Coffee Maker: both available Keurig and regular Parking is in last lane to the right, 4-5 spot in front. The buiilding has carts which you can use to take stuff from car to your condo ( big help)

Good time

The condo was nice and was clean. The coffee maker filter basket was missing and tv remote for master bedroom. Contacted management and they said they would bring over but never showed up. However the unit had a Keurig so at least we could still have coffee. Also had an issue with the elock which was not repaired until the next day. Very disappointing because we could not leave the unit that night nor until noon the following day. They were very gracious about making up for the inconvenience. Would recommend a secure key box as an alternative when the elock goes out. Other than this, all was good. Would rent again.
