Mainsail 132 is cozy retreat perfectly situated on the third floor in building one with breathtaking Gulf views, easy access to the pool and to the beach access directly below a few floors. The living area offers vibrant pastels with a cozy sofa sleeper with matching loveseat, a dining table for six, and four bar stools at the breakfast bar for additional seating. The kitchen is nicely updated with teal green Corian counters, full-size appliances, light wood cabinetry, and all the housewares needed to prepare meals at your home away from home. The master bedroom faces the Gulf with private access to the patio, a king bed with cozy bedding, occasional chair, and access to an ensuite private bathroom with a nicely updated custom tiled shower, and a really nice granite single vanity with a seat. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds and another nicely updated bathroom right next to it with a shower/tub combo and another fine granite vanity. Enjoy the use of a private washer and dryer during your stay tucked away into the kitchen area. There are flat screen TVs and DVD players throughout! Don't forget to take advantage of DVD movies at our check-in office! This property is very close to shopping, boating, fishing, and all the beach adventures your heart desires.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
