This unit has 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Queen Sofa Beds and sleeps 8. With 3 TVs, 2 DVD players, and CD stereo system, you will enjoy all the comforts of home. This unit boasts three levels of gulf front decks, an upgraded kitchen, and internet access.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Less for More

I would not recommend this particular home. It’s a great location, but that’s where it ends. No amenities for the beach or deck. The only unit without a walk way to the beach. Furniture is old, worn and dirty looking. The master bedroom bed has broken pieces laying under it. The mattress slants to the middle. We also learned we paid more than all the others for an outdated and much smaller unit. I took pics of everything broken and sent them to Vacasa. I had to tell them to leave us alone because they kept asking for more pics. The best part was as soon as you open the door the mold smell hits you. The other units did not have that mold odor.

Private Beach

The beach is not crowded which made the stay worth every penny. We ate out mostly so we didn’t use the kitchen. The view was amazing.

Pristine Beach!

The beach experience outshines the townhouse condition, which was worn and in need of upgrades and repairs -new couches, kitchen utensils, TV services, towel bars, etc. Walking distance to great restaurants was a plus, and a working propane grill with the gulf in view! Super comfortable bed and lots of extra pillows! Overhead fans throughout kept us cool on warm days. Outdoor hose good for rinsing feet/legs after swimming. No instructions, made it challenging to figure out beach chairs/ umbrella HOA services, light switches, TV controls, washing machine, etc. Using the Vacasa texting was similar to robo chatting and futile. Still... Can't beat the location, pristine white quartz powdery sand beach, swimming in the gulf, just steps from the property!!!

Great location right on the beach

We had four adults and two children. There was lots of space for us. Both bedrooms are upstairs. There are two sleeper sofas on the main floor. Weather was a little chilly a couple of days we were there. The front door wasn't sealed well so the first floor got a bit cold while the upstairs was a bit warm. Would stay again.

I have a property in Destin so know the market and my place is stunning, so I’m rating this from a high bar. 4 Greenreef was just perfect. The location, the amenities, access and view of the beach was amazing. Even though the the bathrooms and kitchen were slightly dated, it was actually charming and cozy. I loved this unit and plan on returning on an annual basis! Thank you so much, we had a brilliant time!

Excellent House on the Beach

My family and I have stayed at Green Reef #4 before and it was just as great this time around. We love the ease of access to the private beach. The house is well maintained and we love using the spacious decks. The view of the gulf is excellent. We look forward to our next trip to Green Reef #4!!!

Vacation home

Condo and location were great. Perfect spot for a couple or small family. The condo does need some maintenance/updating. Shower door handle was extremely loose and loud when using. Dishwasher wasn’t attached (falls out when loading). There was a small “lack of essentials”- very few blankets we almost had to go buy some. kitchen utensils were slim (no plastic cups for use on beach), grill utensils non existent, pretty basic on the cookware and all general kitchen supplies. Very little toilet paper and trash bags. The master bed was as hard as a rock (very uncomfortable). The beach is private which was amazing. Although the security guard was only there half of the week so many people crowded onto our portion of the beach when she was gone. All in all it was a great rental and we would return but some general complaints that could use some attention! Property management company was great to work with as well. We would recommend this rental!

Wonderful rental. Great location. Immediate response from vasaca manager Chandler when we arrived apparently it was recently painted and painters did not clean dust from sanding. Minda came immediately and thoroughly cleaned. Great experience. Will be back

A Great Beach Condo

The location is fabulous. Easy access for loading and unloading your car. Great open floor plan with plenty of seating. Large deck space with lots of outdoor seating. Right on the beach. Within walking distance to local restaurants

I love the location of this townhome!

We have stayed at this townhome many times over the years. I love the location and the private beach. I love some of the upgrades that were made. However the stove, washer and dryer have been the same for the last 10 years. These items really need replaced. The beds are the most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept in. We come on vacation to relax and that’s hard to do when the beds are so horrible. Charge a little more each night to pay to have these items replaced.

Needs maintenance!

Great location and that’s about it. We felt most items were on their last leg of life. Toilets wobbly, carpets need to be pulled up, handles barely attached. We locked ourselves out of the back door twice. We called to get a code from the Vacasa and never heard back.

Beautiful Place to Vacation

The view was the biggest stand out. The distance to the water was a strong second. The house was very pretty and combination of old style and new style come together for a fun bright and open layout which draw focus towards the beach and the sun. The owner was very very responsive. You have to do trial and error with the light switches and people not listening and crowding the beach that don’t stay in Green Reef but, there is no way to completely control others. Still a great stay and really enjoyed it.

Paradise

This property has amazing beach front views of the gorgeous white sand, blue water Destin Beach. Wake up and simply walk down the stairs to the beach. The house is very spacious and comfortable with 2 outdoor decks. The only negative is that the master bedroom mattress is extremely firm so if you're not used to that it is very uncomfortoble. We would definitely come back.
