Great Cabin!

The cabin was very cozy and maintained relatively well. The propane tank on the grill was empty, so that was a bummer and we had to refill it to use it. Otherwise, the cabin was well maintained and made for an enjoyable trip!

Great cabin!

This cabin had plenty of space for our teenagers to spread out and stay up late without bothering the parents. The hot tub jets could have worked better. There were a few cosmetic issues that need to be taken care of but nothing that hindered our stay. This property is close to town but with a "cabin in the woods" feel to it. Overall it was great for our family of six!!

Short weekend getaway

We come down each year for the Ford 100 Truck Show and enjoy staying in a house large enough for the entire family. Your house was sufficient for our family of 6 adults and two young boys. The house and all amenities were pleasing. My only problem was the heat/air in the basement room. It was very hard to regulate those rooms with the rest of the house. But overall an excellent stay!

Fine if you prepare yourself going in

The location is nice and close to the heart of town without feeling like it. The cabin itself is fairly large if you're trying to accommodate a larger group. The warning I will give is be prepared to provide your own essentials for everything. We had to purchase our own hand soap and salt/pepper - things you'd really expect to be available. If anyone is planning to use the pullout bed, know it is very uncomfortable. And the lower level is drastically colder than the upstairs even using the heaters given. I also had no response from the team when I reached out weeks before my check in to ensure the property and area were not affected by the recent hurricane. Bottom line is the price wasn't terrible and the sleeping arrangements worked for our group, but we aren't walking away impressed. It was fine for a couple days, especially if you're planning to be out most the day.

Perfect for a Family of 5

My husband and I took our 3 little boys to Pigeon Forge and stayed in this lovely little cabin. The boys LOVED the game room which had an arcade game and pool table that could convert into an air hockey table. They also loved the TV room downstairs that was also stocked with games. My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub and grill! The cabin was very clean and the beds VERY comfortable. I kept telling my husband how surprised I was by the coziness of the beds. We also liked that it included a washer and dryer which is a necessity when you have kids.

Nasty cabins old outdated never again with vacasa

I would not rent this cabin or any cabin from Vacasa. The cleaning crew doesn’t clean and the maintenance team doesn’t fix anything. This was our second cabin as we had to move from the first. This cabin was dirty. The cabin is very outdated with dusty old flowers and baskets. The old wallpaper is feeling off the walls in bathrooms the showers are very tiny and have black mold in them. Water stained ceiling tiles. The upstairs doesn’t no have a shower. The downstairs shower is so small you hit your elbows. The washer was plugged up with nasty sewer looking water and the downstairs stink like sewer. We couldn’t wash towels and asked to get the washer fixed or some towels was told housekeeping would be there first thing in the morning and no o e ever showed up. The jets in the tub upstairs doesn’t work the ceiling fan in the main level bedroom sounds like it’s gonna fall. The beds are horrible. The fridge is beat up on the outside. The main living area is small and the furniture is dirty. Overall I will never rent from Vacasa again.

The people who works for this company

The people who works for this company are very great employees they went beyond and more to accommodate us. We had a little problems more like a act from GOD the roof leaked in our first cabin and they moved us to a up grade cabin within the first hour of us calling. The staff was very professional and down right nice. We have been coming to the smoky for over 30 years. And we found our company we will always be using. Vacasa you guys rock. Thank you for a beautiful vacation

Very nice cabin

The cabin was wonderful, could have updated the games because the one that are there have been neglected other than that everything else was perfect. Located close to everything yet far enough away that you can still enjoy the woody cabin feel. This cabin is located in a community yet it has such a nature feel that you will forget about anyone and any thing around you.

This was one of the best vacations we have ever had. There was more than enough room for our family of four. The house was well stocked with essentials and very clean. We enjoyed relaxing at night in the jacuzzi. We’re already planning our next visit!
