This extremely well-equipped retreat offers comfortable decor with breathtaking Gulf views from the private fourth-floor balcony. The living area has new furnishings with a large TV and both a queen and twin sleepers. The dining area seats six. The renovated kitchen has dark cabinets with granite countertops and is fully equipped making it easy to prepare a favorite beach meal. The main bedroom has beach-inspired decor with a king bed and private bath. The new slate tile flooring in the living area and carpet in the bedroom add to the fresh new look of this condo. With a washer/dryer and a second full bath in the condo, this condo is perfectly suited for up to five people. With so much to enjoy right here, you will be sure to love your next beach vacation at the Beach House! You'll receive a beach set up as well as bike rentals onsite with stays from March 1st - October 31st.

This prime location mere steps away from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico is ideal for beachgoers and families alike. The sunny Miramar Beach is a family-friendly and fun-filled resort town and offers visitors the best of Florida: Sand, surf, sightseeing, and endless dining options. Shoppers can peruse the popular Silver Sands outlets for bargains (less than one mile away) or the Grand Boulevard at Sandestin (less than three miles away). Dining options abound and there is something for everyone. If golf is your thing, make sure to pack your clubs and hit the links at the Emerald Bay Golf Club, which is three and a half miles away. Enjoy a unique movie-going experience at New Vision Theatres Boulevard 10, three miles away.

Seasonal beach service is included from March to October.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location and clean property
It’s a great beachfront location. Booking was easy as was check in and check out. Only minor issue was the washer in the unit didn’t function properly. Vacasa made it right - it would’ve been a 5 star review if not was the washing machine.

Needs major updates and repairs
We arrived after driving 11 hours and found the windows open and the condo extremely hot. I started looking around to check the condo out as I always do. We found the thermostat not working and the washer door latch broke off. I called Vacasa and was immediately hung up on. The second person wanted me to try and fix the problems. The third person was finally helpful and got an A/C repairman there in about an hour or two and repaired thermostat. The washer door was fixed the second day. The carpet in the master bedroom is nasty and dirty. The paint on the walls, ceiling and doors are peeling off. Also the A/C unit itself make a horrible noise the entire time it is running. The washer makes a squealing noise while running and the dryer will only turn with 2 towels and some wash rags and takes 4 hours to dry 2 towels wash rags. We have stayed at Beach House several times and never had any trouble. This condo needs some major repairs and updates.

Next to the beach
To be able to sit on the patio and watch waives crash on the beach or families at night with their flashlights look for crabs is priceless. Perfect proximity to many of the shops and restaurants.

Beautiful Beach View
Loved the view from this condo. This condo is great for just sleeping. Like stumble home drunk sleeping. You aren’t able to cook in this condo, there is only one sauté pan and it’s from 1987. There is one coffee cup and two tee cups. I was hand washing the other coffee cup when the handle broke off and the cup went flying. You aren’t able to entertain another person or couple with what the kitchen is equipped with. Coffee maker is a basket style so have fun with that. The washer and dryer are a joke. They are smaller than an RV washer and dryer. They don’t vent out so it takes 1-2 hours to wash a max of 6 garments or 2 beach towels. The handle came off the dryer unit while I was attempting to take the 6 garments out of the dryer. The bed is ok, If you like your mattress on the floor. The bed frame was super low and the bed could use a serious upgrade. The hide-a bed was just that…. Hiding.. the mattress was so thin you could feel all metal. This would be a great condo if someone actually took a little bit of time and improved some things. D401 was not worth the money we paid for it. Will not rent that unit ever again.

Clean and spacious condo with great amenities and a great view! The only complaint I have is there were no additional blankets left in the condo for the pull out couch or otherwise. Only 2 sheets were left. I found that disappointing and inconvenient, but overall satisfied with the space!

Very comfortable, but not lavish - clothes dryer takes a long long time - security and amenities exactly as advertised. (Vacasa App is a struggle) Vacasa checkout instructions and instructions at D401 are a little different- I called Vacasa (on hold for 15 minutes) to verify checkout was done properly

Great view of beach
The view of the beach/ocean was top-notch! It is truly the best part of this condo. You can sip your coffee and see everything from your private balcony. The beach service is a great perk too. Beach House D401 was quite a gem. The condo had everything we needed. We'll definitely consider returning.

Loved our stay
Great location and nice condo with beautiful beach views. We loved our stay in spite of a few issues - tub in 2nd bath had no stopper for the drain, tv in bedroom was non-functional, and there was a lot of construction noise from the condo renovation in the unit directly below ours (sometimes earlier in the morning than we would have liked). Despite these issues we loved our stay and had a great time here.

Location and cleanliness is good. Had an issue with the toilet and the building maintenance responded quickly. The unit below us was being remodeled. During the day there was construction noise/vibrations/ hammering/etc. I email Vacasa per the app. Did not receive a reply until after we checked out. Shortly after check out we received a phone message and email stating an additional $150.53 was being added to the credit card on file for "excessive cleaning caused by pets". There were no pets in the unit while we were staying there. I returned the call, spoke with several people and was told that the "lead housekeeping inspected the unit" and confirmed dog hair on the carpet and furniture. "The charge is being processed". Again, WE DID NOT HAVE ANY PETS IN THE UNIT! There was absolutely no reason for additional cleaning! After an unpleasant conversation with Chandler, he stated that the charges would be reversed.

Not a fancy-decorated condo, but it is clean and comfortable. Perfect for a beachfront stay. Sofas and chairs were comfortable. Bathroom has nice walk-in shower. Plenty of towels/linens. Kitchen is well-equipped if you choose to cook in rather than enjoying the many restaurants nearby.

My wife and I enjoyed our visit to this property. Great location with direct beach access and close to restaurants. Also close to Hwy. 98 for access to/from. The condo facility was a little older and more worn than seemed indicated from the photos but no big disappointment here. We would return.

Great Place to Stay
The condo was very nice. It was clean and well equipped. Very comfortable bed and furnishings. The gulf view from the balcony is great. Location is convenient to shopping, restaurants etc... We will definitely stay here again.
