Residence LE VACCARES - 100M from the right bank beach, privileged environment, 3 rooms on the ground floor for 6 beds with all comfort of 72 M² + its terrace, open view and tranquility guaranteed!
It consists of 2 spacious bedrooms: the first with a double bed, dressing room, and access to the terrace, the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a double sink, shower, and washing machine, the W.C. is independent.
The kitchen, separate from the living room, is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and refrigerator-freezer.
The living room is spacious and bright, and opens onto the terrace, which enjoys afternoon sunshine. It is not overlooked and is furnished with garden furniture and deck chairs. Parking is private and secure.

A €400 deposit via bank imprint will be required before your stay. Pets not allowed - Tourist tax extra

Piqûres, bruit, place de parking occupée

Points positifs : accueil agence immobilière, proximité de la plage, appartement spacieux. Points négatifs : harcelés du matin au soir par les moustiques tigres. Aucune moustiquaire aux fenêtres dans une région infestée par ces bestioles un comble. Les repas sur la terrasse se soldent toujours par de nouvelles piqûres et donc par l'usage de crème corticoïde. L'appartement près d'un rond point pâtit d'une circulation bruyante de jour comme de nuit, Quant à la place numérotée du parking de l'appartement où vous êtes sensé stationner votre voiture, une personne indélicate se gare à votre place ou mieux se mets à cheval sur votre place et l'autre attenante et comme vous ne savez pas de qui il s'agit il ne vous reste plus qu'à vous garer où vous le pouvez en mettant un mot sur votre pare-brise pour ne pas avoir d'ennuis. Un "u" relevable en bout de la place de parking aurait permis de le sanctuariser. Casseroles, poêles et marmites tefal inutilisables car complètement rayées ce qui est néfaste pour la santé. Le reste de la vaisselle est ok et suffisant. Salle de bain ok double vasque très pratique.
