About this property

Cute little beach themed ranch in great Tempe location. Perfect going to and from the airport and close to shopping and entertainment. Property has the perfect amount of privacy with a beautiful backyard pool and hammock. Great for individuals and groups visiting Arizona for business or pleasure. There are 2 full bathrooms one with a tub the other with a shower. No dishwasher in the kitchen. We do not allow parties or events at this property, if one is held we will ask you and your group to leave without reimbursement.

Great Pool & Awesome Location

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house was exactly what we needed for our family. You couldn't beat the location it was close to everything, we could walk to a park, gas stations and a great sports bar called Philly's! We loved the pool and the privacy of the front and back yard. Safe, family friendly neighborhood! The covered outdoor area was perfect for dinner as well. Beds were very comfortable! Host was extremely easy to contact and replied very quickly with any questions! If I had any advice for someone staying here I would say grab a bag of ice (only 2 ice trays) and plastic silverware. There is no dishwasher and limited silverware. Minor inconveniences compared to all the wonderful things, but we loved our stay and would definitely come back again!!

Awesome Stay

The property was awesome! Very easy to get around Tempe, Scottsdale, and Phoenix. Conveniently located. Stocked with everything you could need. Very clean and great for groups of people since the property has 4 bedrooms. Would book again if visiting Phoenix

Family vacation

This was our first time staying at a vrbo the whole process was super easy from the renting of the property to checking in. the home was just beautiful super clean and a very central area that made everything we wanted to do as a family right at our fingertips my grandkids just loved the pool there was a ton of clean ready on hand towels and pool accessories to keep the grandkids busy we can’t wait to come back next year 🥰❤️🥰❤️🥰

Sisters vacation!!

We had the most amazing time at our stay in Tempe! The location of this house is perfect! Check in/out was super easy and stress free!! The neighborhood was very quiet and nice! Britney was very quick to respond when we had issues with the pool heater and even sent us a refund when we continued to have issues with it. The house itself is a bit older but has been remodeled and has updated furniture! Outstanding experience overall!!

Better than advertised!

I took my Mom, sister, nephew and my two kids to Phoenix for a spring break trip. The house was very clean, the neighborhood incredibly quiet and the location was excellent. There’s a large park, walking paths, botanical gardens, zoo and the Hole in the Rock all within 2 miles of the house. The kids loved the pool and the entire backyard area was amazing. Brittany is also the most responsive person I’ve ever rented from. Well done!

Excellent location!!

We really enjoyed our stay! Great location! Hiking, shopping and coffee all close by! Super quiet neighborhood! Brittany was quick to get back to us with any questions we had! Definitely recommend and would stay again:) only downside was pool cleaners could do a better job. Other than that was very happy with our stay😁

Girls week away.

Manager Brittney McGuire was always prompt in responding to questions, even suggesting places to visit or hike. She was outstanding. The house was clean & comfortable. Beds comfortable. A very quiet neighborhood & easy access to anywhere we went.

Great girls weekend stay

The location of this property was great. It was in a quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants and shopping. Very cozy and cute house and a great back yard and pool area! I stayed with my young adult daughters and they had a few friends over to enjoy the pool. It was a great stay with great communication with the host.

The stay was great!

The pool at the property was great, especially with the Tempe heat. The location of the property was so convenient and close to a lot of shops and restaurants. The property owner was so friendly and responsive to any questions I had.
